Hello. We could not wait for the end of the holiday, we decided to write a review arriving on vacation. The first impression is not bad from the appearance and greenery of the hotel. This is where the good ends. The room is small, cramped and dirty. In the bathtub, the toilet is so close to the shower that you push your knees right into it. The bedding was crumpled as if not the first freshness. The robes were brought later, just rolled them up at random, they were very wrinkled. Gels and shampoo were not reported, once they put new bottles and that's it. Cleaning was done daily, but it felt like they were just making the bed and mopping the floors. The hotel has 4 stars!!!!! Of course, we are not picky people, but even for us it was at least strange. The view from the window, on the territory of the hotel, where huge rats walked in crowds !!!!!!!!!!!! There are a lot of rats and we realized that it only worries us. The food (we only had breakfast) varied. When meeting with the hotel guide, we shared our impressions with her, to which she shrugged her shoulders and smiled and began to offer us tours ???? . In general, the hotel is disgusting.
