We stayed in September of this year. What cockroaches, what kind of nonsense? We took the usual standard, a great room. Rooms are cleaned every day, towels are also changed. 4 towels per person. The buffet is no problem. The menu is varied, during the week of stay the dishes have never been repeated. Everything is very delicious. The staff is polite. Poisoning? I don't think it's because of the food at the hotel. Intestinal infection throughout Abkhazia. There is a sign in the hotel: wash your hands often, do not swallow sea water. My husband and I liked everything. Abkhazia itself is a poor country, it can be seen with the naked eye. Every corner is trying to get more money out of you. And everywhere: in the market, in shops, in cafes. But the hotel itself is great. The outdoor pool is very good: large, the water is clean, it does not stink of bleach. We did not visit the closed one, there was not enough time. The weather was wonderful, I wanted to spend more time at sea. The sea is clean and transparent.
Of course, there are also disadvantages, but this is if you really find fault. Good luck and prosperity! If I go to Abkhazia, then only to Alex.
