In general, Abkhazia is a wonderful country with wonderful people and Caucasian hospitality. It was felt everywhere, except for "Caucasus". We waited 2 hours for check-in, because the cleaning lady did not have time to put everything in order. The elevator did not work on the day of arrival, the room was on the 4th floor, but the steps were as if you were going up to the 8th. In general, the elevator broke down with a frequency of once every 1-2 days
The buffet consisted of 2 soups, 2 side dishes, 3 salads - and everything for children and ulcers - tasty, but not memorable (mashed potatoes, rice, var. Pasta) - a good school canteen. A broken bed in the room completed all of the above (went with my mother - we had to sleep together)).
Of the pluses - the beautiful sea (and close), a wonderful cafe "park" in a 5-minute walk with wonderful live music and meager prices.
In general, the hotel rested mainly pensioners and families with very young children.
