There is no soundproofing between the rooms, we heard our neighbor sneezing.
The quality of satellite TV suffers: 2 channels, the image is disgusting.
For 6 days of our stay, we lived for three days without electricity and hot water (respectively, without air conditioning).
The price included accommodation and breakfast. For breakfast every day the same thing: fried sausages with a disgusting smell, boiled eggs and pancakes (but you have to pay for them).
There is no ramp for lifting suitcases on wheels; heavy loads were dragged to the 3rd floor.
The only good thing I would like to note is the guys at the reception, especially Artem. A very polite and friendly young man.
I do not recommend this hotel.
