DISGUSTING! This year the transfer company has changed - it has become worse than ever. As explained in the travel agency, the boarding house itself decided to carry people to the airport and back. As a result, the transport passed only through the territory of Abkhazia, and then dropped people off. All passengers had to walk through the entire border area at 36 degrees! Then expect! About an hour! ! And these are mainly elderly people and families with children (this is the contingent of vacationers, by definition) and, accordingly, everyone with luggage. Only after crossing the border they put on another bus. The bus was waiting for a very long time on Russian territory. There was simply nowhere for people to sit or hide from the heat. Buses, of course, without air conditioning. This finally spoiled everything, and without that not the best attitude towards the "Boxwood Grove". Last year, the bus passed without problems from the boarding house across the border to Adler.
The lights were often cut off and, accordingly, the elevators did not work. How can this be allowed during the mass settlement of a multi-storey building by elderly people?
In general, the boarding house began to work EXTREMELY NEGATIVE compared to last summer! Last summer also had drawbacks (food, boorish staff on the beach), but not so egregious.
