I want to share my impressions and maybe my review will be useful to someone in practice! We were in the UAE for the first time! The country impressed me even on the approach. The flight was at night and we have not seen such evening beauty in more than one city in the world. The meeting party is "Desert adventures" (Desert adventures). We were met at the airport, there was an individual. transfer, (although we did not order), but apparently this is at the discretion of the company. We stayed at the hotel "Coral Oriental" 4 *. We were immediately met at the hotel, the luggage was loaded onto a trolley, we completed all the formalities and we were shown to the room. The room was spacious and everything worked and was in good condition. The windows really looked out onto the inner courtyard, but they did not change the room, because. to. all the time were out of the hotel, and came only at night. I was very surprised that upon receipt of the tour. package at the airport upon arrival, the data of our guide was not indicated on the front side. No name, no phone number. Instead of all this, our coordinates, flight number, arrival time, etc. On the next. morning no one contacted us, on tour. the package did not indicate the time and place of the meeting with the guide, for an info meeting. When we finally got through to the company's office, a certain Miroslava called us back and told us the terrible news. At first she said that our guide had fled the country. Then she called the reception and said that our guide was transferred to work in another emirate, and the schedule was left the same, and now she will supervise us. Info meeting was held by phone within 5 minutes. The most important thing that the guide did not forget to say is that we would book excursions. And this despite the fact that we did not see a catalog and, in principle, had an idea about the country only from the booklets of the tour. firms, magazines and reviews of tourists. We booked 2 excursions. Considering that we arrived late at night and this was already considered the first day of our stay in the UAE, then the next. day was the second. Not speaking English we didn't know where to go or go in a foreign country. The second day of precious rest passed, one might say, for nothing. On the trail. Excursion scheduled in the morning. in Abu Dhabi. Nobody came for us. We tried to contact Miroslava, but she had a key. answering machine. When she finally picked up the phone, she said with a laugh in her voice that they had simply forgotten us! It's good that the hotel has a guide from another company, Alena. Although we are not her tourists, she told us everything - where to go and go, what and where to see. Alenochka - thank you so much for everything. In general, half of the third day was lost, but still we went by metro to the Burj Khalifa. Excursions were taken in another company, and Miroslava refused the second one. All the same, we ended up in Abu Dhabi, saw the white mosque of Sheikh Zayed. The UAE is an amazing country with its own flavor, customs and culture. Everything is there. The highest, the most expensive, the most beautiful. As a result, we went where we wanted, the hotel is wonderful, the staff, although they do not speak Russian, can explain themselves, very friendly and helpful. Al Mamzar Beach is a special place - a must visit. Incredible color water, fish, sea urchins, etc. In general, aggression is not felt in this country. On the last day of our stay in this paradise, we went to the Dubai Mall - this is an incredible shopping and entertainment complex with an aquarium on two floors, a waterfall, a huge number of halls and all decorated differently. And what are the singing fountains alone. We stocked up on gifts and souvenirs, we even had time and money left for shopping, and we returned satisfied to the hotel to pack our bags. When they called back to the company's office to clarify the time of departure (Miroslava hung up), the employees of the same company told us that they had not transferred anyone anywhere, and that from the first day Miroslava was our guide, and that her first violation was this is our data on the tour package and not hers, etc. We were unpleasantly surprised. There are no complaints about the company itself. But about Miroslava - DEAR TOURISTS - BYPASS IT IF POSSIBLE THE TENTH ROAD. SHE IS A LIER AND AT LEAST JUST AN IRRESPONSIBLE STAFF! If you go to this country, the impressions will stay with you for a lifetime. HAVE A GOOD REST AND GOOD EXPERIENCES!! !
