In general, I am very satisfied with the trip and impressions, but I put 4 because of the terrible organization, starting from the airport. Head Anna Bushchak - why is she kept at such a job, we didn’t even hear her voice, the entire organization was taken over by the guide Valery and the priest father Andrey. The program was completely changed from the declared one, there was a mess with the hotels, as a result of which we had to pack our bags every morning and check into a new hotel in the evening. →

Do not want to spoil your vacation, use the services of another tour operator!!! No complaints about the hotel and excursions. I was outraged by the absolute indifference of ANEX when the flight was delayed: there is no notification of people, no food is provided. It's called - "These are your problems" !!! →

Super! I went last year from the travel company "Light" in Zakopane. The visa was issued quickly. From Lviv we traveled by bus to Zakopane. It is very convenient, at the border, though it took two hours, but the customs went through symbolically. Our villa "Magdalena", where we rested, is located in the Stronzystka valley, a 30-minute walk from the center of Zakopane near Nasal Mountain. →

And the tour operator, because of which I had problems, did not even bother to help me with the flight. →

I think that when making a ticket, managers are obliged to check all the documents of departing tourists and suggest what needs to be issued for traveling abroad and what is missing. Having paid the money for the ticket, I arrived at the airport with the child and they checked my documents for issuing boarding passes and refused us. →

We were going on a tour of Italy since the beginning of October. The documents were handed over in August, and 10 days before departure, they reported that the visa had allegedly been denied. (There are 1-2 Schengen visas in the passport every year, the last one in May, besides the visas of Great Britain and Ireland). The documents lay in the firm for a MONTH and only on the eve of the visit to the embassy they were looked through. →

Negative!!! Just arrived at the hotel - it seems to pay 40 USD extra - for the improvement of the room. GOtel - rated 3 * +, but in reality - 2 * - !!! As a result, they gave pennies - and a bath of kіmnata - yak in the SRSR ... The tile is crooked, the toilet bowl is non-mite!!! On the tables outside - servets of gray color .... Cats run on the tables!!! We needed a ticket for 3 days of snacks. →
