I think that when making a ticket, managers are obliged to check all the documents of departing tourists and suggest what needs to be issued for traveling abroad and what is missing. Having paid the money for the ticket, I arrived at the airport with the child and they checked my documents for issuing boarding passes and refused us. →

We were going on a tour of Italy since the beginning of October. The documents were handed over in August, and 10 days before departure, they reported that the visa had allegedly been denied. (There are 1-2 Schengen visas in the passport every year, the last one in May, besides the visas of Great Britain and Ireland). The documents lay in the firm for a MONTH and only on the eve of the visit to the embassy they were looked through. →

Negative!!! Just arrived at the hotel - it seems to pay 40 USD extra - for the improvement of the room. GOtel - rated 3 * +, but in reality - 2 * - !!! As a result, they gave pennies - and a bath of kіmnata - yak in the SRSR ... The tile is crooked, the toilet bowl is non-mite!!! On the tables outside - servets of gray color .... Cats run on the tables!!! We needed a ticket for 3 days of snacks. →

We have just returned from Montenegro, Budva. We stayed at Villa Adreana. Vouchers were purchased from Lyubosvit. We, residents of Nikolaev, and the flight that Lyubosvit offered us was earlier than our train arrives in Kyiv, asked to change the flight. For this service Lyubosvit charged us 100 euros. Traveled by bus from Lviv (Tour Operator "Mist-Tour") to Budva, Montenegro (from 08/22/11 to 09/04/11) Impressions are positive - this is a very professional work of drivers Mr. Ivan and Mr. Zinoviy. Huge, sincere thanks to them !!!! Lived near Budva, Montenegro near the hotel "Prestige" in a villa. Belich family. The area of the villa is very beautiful, but managers Mist-Tour should be interested in which rooms accommodate them tourists. →

The Orion-Intour company refuses to return the money for the failed tour due to the failure to open a visa for us. The authorities of the agency do not make contact, the managers of this agency do not make contact, they are not going to help. We thought that we would disperse in the normal way, but I see that they do not want this. In conversations, they are fed breakfast, they refuse to return the amount, citing the fact that the tour operator Natalie-Tour does not return the money to them. →

Many thanks to the Travel Agency "Planet-service" for a wonderful vacation! Every year we go to rest only from "Planet-service". This year we rested in the Crimea at the Flamingo villa. I liked everything very much. Starting from a really comfortable bus from Lugansk to the very doorstep of the villa, they gave us a lift. The administrator was very cordially greeted by Maria. →
