If you are over 70 years old, then even if there are similar rooms on other floors, you will be accommodated on the 5th floor without an elevator, because it's cheaper and this is INCOMARTUR! If at the same time you constantly do not sleep, because your neighbors are snoring, and turn to the guide for help, they will refuse you, because this is INCOMARTUR, a company that takes care of itself, not about you and saves on you in everything. →

Hey!!! We went to rest on a tour from the tour operator "Accord", called the "Necklace of the Hutsulshchyna", something like that. We used to travel from "Akkord" only abroad. The tour is interesting and the hotels were normal, although we were initially worried, because the prog does not say what they will be exactly !!! Thanks to Anechka and Yulichka for help in choosing this tour. →

My husband and I went to the UAE, Dubai, Atlantis the Palm Hotel. Choosing between several travel agencies, we settled on "Deluxe Tour" - they had the widest choice. The manager treated us like we were the only customers. I was surprised that they did not tell wonderful tales, but honestly warned about the minuses and possible troubles. For example, that you can’t take pictures of people and municipal facilities - and I always tried to take pictures with the local public. →

I won’t delve too deeply into the topic of how long it all took to complete, in short, We arranged a bus tour to Italy through Accord, the client who was traveling was an ordinary woman, she provided all the documents and certificates, nothing foreshadowed any troubles there .... called up with her for 2 days after departure, everything was ok, as a few days later they called us and said that she had RUN !!!!!! Naturally, they are now looking for her, but now we have problems. →

I took a tour to Royal Grand Sharm 5 * upon arrival - a poorly speaking Russian representative of ANEKS brought us to Sunrise Diamond Beach (ex Diamond Sharm) 5 * said that even beat your head against the wall, but you will live here! In general, I am very satisfied with the trip and impressions, but I put 4 because of the terrible organization, starting from the airport. Head Anna Bushchak - why is she kept at such a job, we didn’t even hear her voice, the entire organization was taken over by the guide Valery and the priest father Andrey. The program was completely changed from the declared one, there was a mess with the hotels, as a result of which we had to pack our bags every morning and check into a new hotel in the evening. →

Do not want to spoil your vacation, use the services of another tour operator!!! No complaints about the hotel and excursions. I was outraged by the absolute indifference of ANEX when the flight was delayed: there is no notification of people, no food is provided. It's called - "These are your problems" !!! →
