1) The flight home was for 12 days, the airline changed it to 8 am and the check-out from the hotel was at 4:45 am, you need to vacate the room in an hour. Tourists were picked up by bus from other hotels. Somehow the company paid for the food in the package, but we didn't. When asked at the hotel, we were told that there was no payment and no order. →

Very unpleasant impressions were left from the travel agency, from the very beginning there was a scam. . . It consisted in the fact that they have a group of tourists from our city going on vacation to Sozopol in the 2-star hotel "Kaliano", but if you wish, you can find something better for yourself. . . because we were traveling with two small children, we wanted comfort. →

Hello! Now I will tell you about how we flew to Turkey with the tour operator Anex Tour and UTAir. Our flight was scheduled for 3:55, and we actually flew away at 11:50... It was a "beautiful" start to such a long-awaited holiday! The flight was delayed by 8 hours!!! The flight was delayed first at 5:40, then at 6:40, 8:00, and at 12:00! When at 8 am the flight was rescheduled for 12:00 am, the passengers rebelled and “settled” on the representative of the UTAir company with a demand to start doing something to find another aircraft. →

I went through the Travel Agency Darogatur to Poland for a music festival. Everything was well organized: visas were opened, the tour of Krakow was interesting, we visited the Wawel Castle, the Swing 4 * hotel in which we lived was super, it was located next to the festival site. Cameras larger than 4 pixels were not allowed to be brought to the stadium where the festival was held, it's a pity, everything had to be photographed on a mobile phone. →
