Тур мы покупали в агентстве "7 Морей" в г. Донецк, пр. Киевский. В агентстве все хорошо прошло, мы остались довольны их работой. Проблема была с трансфером на обратном пути. Дело в том, что нас очень рано увезли из отеля в аэропорт, рейс нам не переносили, но из отеля увезли часов на 5 или 6 раньше, чем нужно было, в итоге с ребенком мы в аэропорту просидели всю ночь. →

Our flight from Sharm el-Sheikh was scheduled for 7 am, the day before departure we checked the status of the flight on the Internet and found that this flight number was rescheduled for 11 am. We didn't like how we were informed about this. Around lunchtime the day before departure, we started calling the resident of the Anex tour to clarify whether there would be a transfer, he said that he did not know. →
