I was very dissatisfied with this agency. There were small incidents, and not all information was provided. The visa is paid, and they have a separate counter, where they even sold visas at inflated prices. The guides are not very friendly. Our hotel guide was absolutely not friendly, he was always absent from the place and we always had to look for him and wait. →

My husband was engaged in buying a tour and communicating with the agency, but he seemed to be satisfied with everything in the service. He was consulted and offered options, everything was fine. Already on vacation, the guide offered us good interesting excursions, we decided to take advantage of some of the offers and were satisfied. →

We really liked the quality of service in the agency. Our tour operator was Join up, just super, we were also very pleased with him. We had a problem when a child caught a rotavirus infection, or drank the wrong water, or ate something wrong, or put his hands in his mouth ... the bottom line is that qualified medical care was provided, everything was on time, everything was very professionally. →

They chose mainly on the site, and they had one of the most convenient search engines on their site. Well, friends gave oral feedback (positive). Decided to buy. While thinking, the price has risen a little. The allocated budget was not enough. Thank you branch at st. Gnat Yura in Kyiv, made changes to the contract, booked a trip part of the amount, the rest was paid a little later. →

Satisfied with the work of the travel agency. We bought a tour to Egypt in December. Everything was organized well and the manager was in touch all the time, even when we were already in Egypt, we wrote to her in viber and he gave us tips. I was especially pleased that we were sold the tour cheaper than we planned to spend.))) And it's convenient that they are in the city center. →

In fact, in principle, good service, although there were a couple of comments on the transfer. We had to wait a bit, as the transfer was booked individually, but there was a delay. Accordingly, they were afraid to be late for the airport. It's good that this time there were no transfers of flights, but there were comments about Wizz Air itself. There were questions, although the luggage was paid for, and they somehow showed their bias in solving the problem that arose there. →

We are happy with the agency. Regarding the transfer, when flying there, the plane was delayed for an hour, but it was not significant. →
