We were in Sharm el-Sheikh in February 2019, three of us with friends. I want to write a review for Pegas-Touristik about their representative Halim. Which of the tourists he came across - I strongly recommend either asking another guide, or not buying any excursions from Halim. Why? Further in more detail. 1. I have been using this agency for 10 years now. Excellent quality of service, individual approach, helped to choose, gave advice like: which hotels are better and which are not worth choosing. In general, everything was as always excellent, we like it. We took an excursion from a guide to the River Kwai, though the guide was boring, but that's it, and I really liked the tour itself. →

We booked a ski tour in Slovakia at the agency. The manager quickly picked up hotel options for us with a good rating, reviews, close to the ski lifts and not very expensive. She answered all our questions, quickly executed the contract, and the next day I already issued all the documents. Rest were very satisfied. We dashed off, swam in hot springs and had a lot of fun. →

Given that the agency has not done any work on the selection of the tour, I can rate their work on 5 out of 10, I have no comments to the agency. Everything was on time with the transfer. We were accompanied at the hotel by a guide - a representative of the tour operator ANEX TOUR, I am very pleased with him, he said: "if you do not buy from me a tour, you will not get anything at the hotel. →

And I got everything that I wanted - an excellent hotel, immersed in exotic flowers, the sea is nearby, the place is quiet, but the shops and the city of Kos itself, with many attractions within walking distance, and, of course, interesting excursions. →
