She "kindly" offered us to leave her in the room, so to speak, "to give one more night" until the very departure.
The next day, another administrator was on duty, who billed us for renting a bed (the entire amount that we had already paid) as well as
exorbitantly high bill for phone calls from the room. I called Russia from Sunny Beach much cheaper than from a hotel room to a hospital located a kilometer from the hotel. And that's another story.

This is not the case here - the sea is shallow and due to swamp-colored algae teeming in it. Or maybe we were so “lucky” because it was restless all the time. But the joy of children, who build entire fortresses out of sand. The beaches of Bulgaria, as well as in the Crimea, are completely occupied by the “beach mafia” and not every hotel allocates to its vacationers a small “reservation” free of sunbeds. Opposite Grand Victoria, there was such a lane, fenced with a rope. Entrance to the beach is free. As for the hotel itself, it compares favorably both in cleanliness and in the provision of services from the Crimean service. Settled without delay, in a good room, but with a view of the mountains (with our requirement of the view of the sea). They called the manager, who explained that the studios are located in such a way that we will not see the sea. I had to settle down, and immediately everything was pleasant. And what a surprise it was when, after 2 days, they called with a proposal to consider the option of moving to a room where you can still see it (the sea), and we, of course, moved. We had “all inclusive” - we used everything: a restaurant with 3 meals a day and two bars, in one of which, with a variety of alcoholic drinks, all day long sweet tooth can enjoy all kinds of cakes, jelly and ice cream, and in the other, with the same variety of alcohol, fast foods. There was more than enough food. Both meat and vegetable dishes were prepared with great soulfulness, and therefore everything was delicious. Great variety of fruits. In the restaurant itself, its visitors pour red and white wine from barrels on their own, and in the bar they serve bartenders who are very different in temperament from Turkish ones. Apparently, some kind of natural slowness, but when serving, they did not make preferences for any nationality. The hotel, in the absence of visible luxury, creates a good impression. Bedding and towels (3 pieces per nose) were changed with the same frequency as promised. Cleaning every day. There are no complaints about the staff or the "price-quality". In addition, I had to pay for a safe in the room and Wi-Fi. On our part, there were no disappointments about the refusal of the reservation in Miskhor in favor of Bulgaria. We went around the entire coast, and therefore I advise you to walk along the coast to Nessebar, and you can return by bus. If you tune in to the positive, you will like everything, except for the airport in Burgas, where not only I received a shock from the control of the number of lipsticks in the bag. According to the experience of Turkey, there is an understanding that no liquid is allowed, but that they regulate the amount of lipsticks and at the same time oblige them to seal the excess in a plastic bag for 2 leva, which is not worth 2 kopecks. then there are no words!! ! A little about the hotel:
1 The rooms are good, spacious, they cleaned every day well - they left a tip a couple of times, but for some reason they were not taken. SHAMPOO TO TAKE WITH YOU!! ! The rest of the toiletries were, but the shampoo was put in one jar on the first day, and then wash whatever you want. The hotel is built in such a way that in all studios with a declared sea view - the sea can only be seen well leaning over from the balcony. (but since I prefer to swim in the sea and look at it from the side of the beach, and not out the window, I don’t consider it a disadvantage). The room has a safe, paid.
2. Meals - you can’t stay hungry in principle - breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet in the main restaurant, there are two bars on the street where you can eat and drink something. Once per stay, you can dine by appointment in the restaurant (we did not go). The food is varied, a lot of deliciously cooked meat (unlike Turkey, Egypt, etc. ), little fish (they gave only a couple of times), but a lot of vegetables, fruits, cheeses, there was ice cream around the clock, juices like everywhere else like yupi....

Mostly Germans and Scandinavians rest in the hotel, there are very few of our Slavic brothers.

4. Misunderstanding with the rental of the safe. Safe is paid 2 leva per day. We paid for 14 days. Time of payment and, accordingly, the operation of the service: 9.41. On the last day of our stay, while we were swimming in the sea before breakfast: from 8.00 to 8.30. in our absence, a technician visited the room and blocked the safe with our money, valuables, documents. I had to apply to the reception, a technician appeared very quickly and unlocked the safe, we took our things. It is not clear that the safe was opened in our absence. There was an impression that this was done intentionally !!
5. Misunderstanding when checking out with paying for the mini bar. We didn't use the minibar. When checking out, we were told that we opened 2 bottles of mineral water and had to pay for them, and according to the maid, we opened them on the penultimate and last day of our stay. I had to go up to the room, where they solemnly handed me 1 bottle, the other one had allegedly already been replaced. Much to the displeasure of the staff at the reception, we paid only for 1 bottle, which we took away with soy. Once again, we emphasized that we did not use the bar and did not open the bottles !!! .
