We went to Bulgaria in August for two weeks. We chose a hotel based on reviews on this site and it was not Kotva, but Baikal, BUT upon arrival we were told that there were no places and sent to Kotva for the first week. So I can compare these hotels with each other. We took the hotel only with breakfast (and thank God!!! ). What can I say about Kotva - the hotel is located unsuccessfully, in my opinion. Far from everything - both to the center of Sunny Beach and to Nessebar, and the beach is not close. The room was given less than we ordered (we took a superior one). But generally tolerable. Although the balcony was tiny. In addition, towels were stolen from our balcony. Of the advantages of the hotel is free wi-fi directly in the room and a large swimming pool. Cons - DISGUSTING breakfast - rotten vegetables, weathered sausages and what just killed it were dirty broken cups (with traces of lipstick). You can’t find places where you could sit down to eat with fire during the day - just a bunch of people ((( Having ruined my mood a couple of times right in the morning, we decided to go to a cafe for breakfast and spend extra money ((( In general, I’m not happy with the hotel !
