She dragged the suitcases to the room herself, but the porter brought everything to the Croats, Moldovans and Romanians on a cart, the woman with the child gave 1 € in the hope that her suitcases would be taken - but the miracle did not happen!
The room was cleaned in a hurry, the floors in the bathroom were wet for Providence 9 nights we didn’t cut it, they never cleaned it, although the Moldovans, Romanians and Croats were cleaned every day! Shampoo and soap were brought once, there were no slippers, there was no hair dryer. The Marvel hotel opposes itself as 4 *.

The dining room is small, dirty (there is a dirt exit), the food is tasteless, there is nothing special, every day the same thing, there was no fish, three types of fruit - apples, pears and nectarine, but when the Poles and Croats arrived, good sausage, grapes appeared , a pineapple.
While you are eating, a cart is driving around the hall and impudently bursts your plates there from under your nose. The staff is out of uniform and always dirty. At the bar, I can only mention those guys who worked at the bar in the dining room, this is the only plus, the guy who was at the pool at the bar just scoffed, poured one sip and that’s it, as if I poured from my pocket, all the cocktails that he made were just terrible bad taste! Territory - dirty, small, not well-groomed. The pool is like a lawn - does not match the photo! There is no place to change at the pool! There are no cabins on the beach either, all the beaches are municipal and dirty, an umbrella and a trestle bed are 12 levs and this is before lunch after dinner, pay again! Entertainment at the Marvel Hotel - zero! There is no music in the pool, there is no entertainment at all if you are with a child, this is hard labor for him. Mud and the Marvel Hotel are synonymous! They evicted us at 12 noon, they didn’t give us lunch, it’s good that they even gave us breakfast! Hotel Marvel - does not pull on 4 * in any way, this is a miserable hotel from the USSR.
The room was only cleaned when we moved out. The VK-tour was late for the stop from where they picked us up, although while we were waiting in the hall, other Carriers came right under the hotel and looked for their tourists, but we ran to the stop in the heat and waited there for another 30 minutes in the heat, the stops for the toilet were after 5 hours. Arriving at the hotel, we were met by a hotel employee named Atanas, if I'm not mistaken in the name, he explained that yes, how with the settlement. We rented a safe box for ourselves, put valuables there, gave him passports for registration, and in the confusion forgot that there was $ 300 in my husband’s passport, we were handed the key to the room, everything is fine, we laid out our things and went to rest satisfied by the sea .
When he returned the document to us, the money was no longer there, but, unfortunately, we noticed this only the next day (all this time the passport was in the hotel safe with other documents and the money simply could not fall out). We turned to reception with this problem, we didn’t want a showdown, and as an option, we suggested that perhaps this employee simply thought that he was given a tip, let him return this money. The girl, also an administrator, without even trying to hide her hostility, replied that this person had been working with her in the hotel for 6 years, had never stolen money, and even more so, could not think that they had been given a tip, t. to. no one gives them such big tips. To our request to call him and ask, she replied that she was not going to call now, because he worked at night and does not want to wake him up, and we should better check all our bags (all this was said with such a tone, as if we were personally accusing her of something and it immediately became clear that they were not going to find out or do anything) .
We contacted our guide, she tried to understand the situation, after which the hotel employee showed us the CCTV footage. On a black-and-white picture of not the best quality, of course, nothing came of it.
In the evening, we saw Atanas himself at the counter and tried to talk to him personally, he spoke reluctantly, constantly averted his eyes, made excuses, said that he needed to work, there was a tremor in his voice, but the man denied the theft, although he uttered a couple of phrases that made it clear that he took the money: "Why didn't you contact me right away, but only a day later? " . You know, when you go on vacation, for all-inclusive, you don’t take much money with you, and this money was practically the only one we had, and when it was stolen at the beginning of the holiday, and even the hotel employees, it didn’t bring us joy and happiness.
After talking with this "honest employee", we decided that the only thing we can do now is to make an entry in the hotel's book of comments and suggestions about this incident, so that the hotel management itself will deal with their subordinates and what was our surprise when reception we were told that there is none at all !! ! (before that, they specifically asked the guide if there were such magazines here, she said that every hotel has them and they are obliged to provide them). In the end, neither we nor the guide were given the book, they didn’t say the name of this Atanas, they say, because we will start writing reviews on the Internet with his name. They tried to be indignant (for the first time, I must say, and then they basically responded to aggression from the side of the same girl) and we were threatened with eviction from the hotel. And what do you think happened next?? ? In the evening they called us and said that if we don’t calm down and don’t apologize to the same girl, because we raised our voice at her and take her away from work, then we will simply be evicted tomorrow with the help of the police.... In the end, I also had to apologize, because for eviction, as the guide told us, in agreement with the owner of the hotel, they had every right, who, apparently, gave his consent without even listening to our point of view.
You know, it's good when the rest goes without incident, but if something happens, I want the hotel administration to at least try to do something to make the vacationers happy, and so their position in relation to tourists becomes completely clear - We are just money to them. They work only in their own interests, not even trying to pretend that our comfort is important to them.
Our holiday began with the wildest frustration. Having reached the reception at 10 pm, we (myself, my husband and son) happily waited for accommodation. A very helpful young man took our passports and gave us the keys to our room. He said "welcom" and we happily jumped to check in. Entering the room would have been wildly dumbfounded. Back in February, we paid for the reservation through a travel agency and booked a two-room apartment with a sea view!! ! And we are settled in a one-room suite with a view of... f * ny. At first we thought that the reception had accidentally made a mistake and went to report it. But what we heard horrified us..... We were told "there are no apartments...... they will be vacated only after 13 days. " We are shocked! What a 13. . . we came here for only 10 and how can there not be a room if we booked it well in advance. On this at the reception only shrugged. The next morning we went to argue with the marketing manager. I will immediately note that the Bulgarians are extremely cunning, dodgy people with a very dismissive attitude towards Russian-speaking tourists. We had already stopped talking calmly when we heard for the hundredth time that our number was not available. We already yelled at the whole hotel. We took out the brain of everyone who was there, both at the reception and the manager. As a result, we were told that in...... 3 days one apartment would be free and added "either so... or pack your things and go look for another hotel. " I had to live in a completely terrible room for 3 days..... it stank of dampness and sculls. On the balcony, the side rested on 2 bolts and staggered...... and we were on the 7th floor. A nightmare. Somehow, washing down with champagne, we lived for 3 days in this smelly room. After 3 days we went to knock out our apartment promised to us! and here it’s not without problems..... he again had to be knocked out with a fight and screams. But somehow it happened..... We got an apartment with a sea view. But in the room there was a lot of hair on the carpet, the drain in the bathroom was clogged with the hair of an obviously balding blonde, and therefore the water almost did not drain, and at the same time the toilet flowed all the time and the floor was flooded. And on the balcony herds of ants. Bedding and towels were changed frequently. But one more thing, the hotel, knowing that 3 people are occupied in this room, provided only 2 chairs and 2 glasses for the room. With a fight, I had to knock out the third. Taki lived the remaining 7 days. The rest was quite all good. And the pool at the hotel and the bar and the sea and the beach. And in the restaurant (we had all inclusive) the food was very tasty, somehow at home. Although of course this is no longer a restaurant, but a canteen. But that's not the point anymore. Something like this...... it seems that we had a good rest, after the "" war ", but the sediment remained. And I will not tell you that the Bulgarians did not want to provide us with written confirmation that we were provided with another number. After all, we later wanted to receive a refund from our travel agency on arrival of the difference in the cost of rooms. We had to go to the Bulgarian office ourselves to get a written confirmation, of course they gave it to us, but refused to put a stamp on it..... In general, 50/50..... and rested and pulled out all the nerves... .
