As a family, we were supposed to check into the Tarsis Hotel on August 15.2019. We purchased a ticket at a local travel agency. We were supposed to be accommodated in a 2-room apartment. We were 3 adults and 2 children, one of whom was 2 years old.

Upon arrival, we are rudely, without explanation, told that there are no available rooms! And put before the fact that we will live in a 3-star hotel called Avalon! Oh wow! I mean I pay for 4 stars and a 2-room apartment, but they put me in the hell knows where! They are not even going to recalculate the money!

After a while, a Bulgarian tour operator arrives and they, together with this hotel, are supposedly thinking where to settle us. So they searched from 14.30 to 19.00. They apparently hoped that we would get tired of waiting and eventually agree to anything! But they weren't attacked! I started making videos about how this hotel treats tourists. During the shooting, we were approached by 2 other families who said that they did the same to them!
So it's a well thought out plan. These families were placed in the Avalon Hotel and allowed to eat in Tarsis! These hotels are not close to each other at all!

And I started filming the story of the family, how they were also fooled. The staff saw this, got scared, called the security! Then the tour operator comes out and said that they will return the money to us! In the end, it’s good that we arrived in our car, and not by bus. We found an apartment for ourselves (although we had to cook it ourselves! ). That's how "successfully" we rested in the summer of 2019!
