We traveled with my mother, brother and two children (8 months and 7 years old), took 2 double rooms. Chose this hotel based on reviews from friends. I was met by a guide at the airport, brought to the hotel, arranged check-in - everything went quickly and well. The hotel is picturesque, quite comfortable, it has its own nice clean beach, where electric cars are taken, the pool is large, but shallow (0.9 m), with a children's area. BUT: carpets on the floors create stuffiness. Our rooms were without balconies, small, there is a TV, a small refrigerator, a safe. BUT: the furniture is not new, in some places it is already broken (the lamination is broken off at the bedside table, the nightlights do not work), when bathing in the bathroom, some of the water in any case gets on the floor, the plug in the sink jams, the plumber called just pulled it out, but did not fix the problem , the toilet in the second room did not flush well, the curtains were not fixed together because of the tattered Velcro, there was dust under the beds. Meals in the price of the tour - buffet breakfast, but there was not much variety and choice. Service: for 8 days and 7 nights the bedding was changed 1 time in our room only after an urgent request to the maid, in the 2nd room the bedding was not changed at all! The maid might not have changed the towels; if you are on the beach with towels, they won’t hang new ones for you, they won’t come back and offer you fresh ones. At the reception, the employees are not quick, in order to change money you have to wait at least 15-20 minutes, they are constantly distracted by other things and other clients, once they refused to change the currency due to the lack of yen (!!! ). The waiters in the restaurant are great. The guide (introduced himself as Lin) is a separate story, we saw him only once on the first day, later - neither a call nor personal presence, he did not offer excursions, he did not advise places to visit, he did not give any explanations.....In general, it was completely absent in our life. On the last day, SAMI called him to find out what time the transfer would be. He reported, but did not show up to see off, having delegated it to someone else. . . In general, taking into account our relative pickiness, the desire to have a good time and sociability, the vacation was a success, we liked the country itself, but the hotel does not pull on the declared 4 *.
