Comrades who have some complaints about the service of this hotel: welcome, for example, to the Sanya Xiangshui Bay Marriott Resort (China, Lingshui Province)! That's when we'll talk! We ended up in Sanya Xiangshui Bay Marriott Resort not of our own free will, this hotel was not chosen, we were simply put there at night, immediately after arrival. A month and a half before the trip, we booked the Sheraton Sanya Resort 5 * hotel in Yawunwan Bay, of course, because of the wonderful sea. Our travel agent picked up a “successful” tour for us through the “excellent” tour operator “Pearl River”... And it was in late November - early December 2018. I won’t explain further, you yourself know everything from TV news. The Chinese boy “Maxim” (the hotel guide of this Marriott Resort) helped us to move from this province of Lingshui to Yalunwan Bay to the Cactus Resort Sanya 4 * on the fourth day of our torment (a huge THANK YOU to him for this! ) We already agreed and on the cactus, because. heard a lot of good things about this hotel from friends and strangers who are regular guests of Cactus. They themselves preferred another hotel to Cactus solely due to the fact that Sheraton is on the first line, and Cactus is on the second. On the spot it turned out that autocars run from 7h. until 19h. from the hotel to the sea all the time, once we had to wait only 5-7 minutes. Many guests just walk from the hotel to the sea on their own, even with the kids. I won’t write much about the sea: this is the best bay not only in China... An excellent, always clean and calm sea is in this place. The breakfasts are good, the choice is large, you definitely won’t stay hungry (please do not compare with all inclusive in Vietnam or the Dominican Republic, I remind you that this is China), we saw many hotel guests who took full board and were very pleased with the kitchen (in terms of price and quality) . Room cleaning is daily, unobtrusive, both in the room and on the territory of the hotel are always clean, hotel services work great. Out of my distraction, I washed the pectoral cross into the sink, complained to the hotel guide, in the end: I didn’t have time to get to the room, and the plumber was already waiting for me at the door of the room, unscrewed the drain pipe and took out my treasure !!! ! This is how the unfortunate man sheltered and caressed us with this hard "good" Cactus! By the way, the lack of animation on the territory of the hotel made us very happy - it is always calm and quiet. I am writing this review only because of the promise made to the wonderful Chinese girls: from the moment of our instant check-in at the Cactus Hotel, we were accompanied by guides from ZhR Lilia and Natasha, who warned all our desires. They speak and write excellent Russian, always at their desk, these girls understood our difficult situation and did what they could for us (unfortunately, they could not do much). THANKS, LILY AND NATASHA! By the way, it was the Chinese representatives of the JR who tried to do something useful for the injured tourists, but I can say little good about others... If the wind of wanderings once again brings us to Sanya, we will certainly consider this particular hotel (Cactus Resort Sanya 4 *), and it was with full board (we are now not at all pretentious, we received an excellent “vaccination” at the Marriott Resort, Lingshui province).
