The people in the hotel are mostly Canadians, Italians and our compatriots. For young people, the hotel is boring, of course, although there is volleyball and other sports entertainment.... the people mostly drink and roast in the sun, the evening shows were not impressive. The big minus of the hotel is that it is located 10 kilometers from Varadero, so in the evening you can only go by taxi, which is not cheap by Cuban standards (although driving a rare American car for 10 bucks is a separate pleasure). Varadero is a so-so town, there is nothing special to do in the evening, except for clubs there is nothing.
In general, the hotel is excellent value for money. For a beach holiday - what you need, everything is very nice and neat (which is not very typical for Cuba). In general, out of 12 days in the hotel, I was 3-4 days, the rest of the time I traveled by car around Cuba, lived in casa particular in different cities, ate lobsters, drank rum and danced salsa with Cubans-))). Great hotel! My husband and I went for 2 weeks. TRANSAERO Airlines (direct flight to Varadero)
Fed terribly little! My one-year-old child would only eat...but not my husband. In general, the flight there was more difficult than the flight back. There flew 13 hours because of the headwind, there was terrible turbulence and all the time the sun was behind us. Sleep was problematic. Back, on the contrary, they flew 10.5 hours and almost all the time at night. Slept. And I didn't want to eat. The chairs are terribly uncomfortable, they give blankets, it’s impossible to watch anything on the built-in TV, take either phones with movies or laptops!

Good two-story houses, cleaned every day and made all sorts of birds and animals out of towels. The furniture is good.
There are ants that bite hard and saw 1 cockroach, but this, I think, is the prerogative of all bungalows ...I just don't really like huge hotels with giant beaches. . But there are no ants. The bed mattresses are comfortable. We had 2 large beds, we just pushed them together. We rode, not far from the hotel, on boats through the mangroves) I highly recommend! Just pay the guide another 10 cookies per person and he will arrange an unforgettable tour of the open ocean for you and only for you! There are also scooters. In general, it is easier to go there on foot, without any excursion programs, it will be cheaper. There's also a zoo.
We took scooters from the hotel (15 kuk per scooter for 3 hours) and rode along the coast, into the city, and if you go left, as you leave the hotel onto the main road, you can drive a little and get to the bats in the cave.

The room has a table, TV, two glasses, an ashtray, a bed, two bedside tables, a sofa, a chair, a mirror, a wardrobe, a safe… the usual set. There is no kettle.
A bottle of water was given upon check-in, then they calmly poured water in the restaurant into an empty bottle.
You can not demand rooms with ocean views at the reception, they simply are not there)
In my opinion, wherever you are settled, the location is good everywhere, the territory is not very large (beautiful, well-groomed, gardeners give flowers to girls from trees and smile broadly)), the pool and restaurants are in the middle.
On the territory there are shops - products, souvenirs, T-shirts, shorts, swimwear, umbrellas).
Prices are not more expensive than in the city, and something is even cheaper.

The food we had was the same as in 5 * hotels, if not better (we talked with tourists from other hotels).

The food we had was the same as in 5 * hotels, if not better (we talked with tourists from other hotels).
Every morning there were freshly squeezed juices - mango, papaya, pineapple, orange, tangerine...
Fruits - pineapples, grapefruits, oranges, tangerines, papaya, bananas.
If you are going to Cuba for a beach holiday, you will get it here!! ! (…if the weather is lucky…)
There is no fish there, so maybe the porlchka will only swim through... So you should not take masks.
CONCLUSION.
We went there for 99 tr. for 15 days/14 nights. All inclusive.
If we had paid more money for the trip, we would probably have regretted it, because there is nothing special to see there, except for the ocean and the beach. The hotel, in general, like all hotels, nothing outstanding.
The flight is still heavy: there - 12 hours, back - 10.
We went on an excursion to Havana - interesting, but not enough, we just walked through the streets, went into some not very interesting museum and ate in a cafe. All.
It was very interesting to go to Liberty Island, because. for the first time, the ocean and the beach are a fairy tale. The hotel is good, no complaints.
Would go again. . .
