We rested in this hotel in September 2010, the hotel is definitely not 5 *, it’s just that it was assigned to it 20 years ago, nothing has changed since then, but everything is clean, they clean it every day! They understand everything in Russian, and there are Russians at the reception and in the restaurant! There are no complaints about the hotel, everything is fine, the food is also nothing, we were not hungry, breakfasts, however, are monotonous, dinners are good, there were also fish dishes, octopuses, mussels! Surprised that the hotel does not have first courses, but they say so everywhere! The sea is good, the entrance is shallow, sandy, the sand is dark! We traveled all over Cyprus, liked everything, a small island, but everything is different everywhere, from the snow-white beaches of Ay Napa to the rocky shores of Paphos!
Extremely dissatisfied remained the meeting party - the PROMETHEUS TRAVEL company, namely the guide Irina, who deceives people by campaigning for individual tours of 100 euros (without lunches and entrance tickets to museums and the guide, who is also the driver, will just wait for you in the car, and you yourself go and see what you want)! He says that he combines 2 two-day excursions for 65-70 euros into one and so it comes out cheaper and all this on a small bus for 7-10 people! Everything seems to be tempting until you get caught and realize that this is just a money scam! 2 excursions cannot be combined, because 1 regular excursion for the whole day, you visit several places, you can’t reduce it in any way, they just take a couple of places from one excursion and from another, so you get the same one excursion, but for 100 euros! The inconvenience of a regular excursion is explained by the fact that a large bus will collect people for 2 hours, a long ride, but we did not experience anything like that. We were told to wait at 8.10 in the morning, the bus picked us up at 8.15 near the hotel, tickets at the museum are included, lunch too, we arrived back at 17.30 in the evening, the bus is comfortable, it travels quickly, the air conditioner is working, there is a guide, he tells everything is fine, he goes everywhere with you and tells! On Irina's individual tour, the guide, who is also the driver, is in a hurry, if there is no microphone, then the rear ones are hard to hear, and the duration is from 9.30 am to 6.30 pm and everything is fast! Tickets to museums and lunch are paid separately, go to monasteries, fortresses and other attractions yourself!
