Just got back from the hotel yesterday. I can say with confidence that for 3 * a very worthy choice! The hotel is designed for 200 people, a large landscaped area, a lot of greenery: palm trees, cacti, and other vegetation. On the 0-th floor of the hotel, just behind the reception, there is the Cassiopeia restaurant, where every evening there is live music.

The hotel is designed for 200 people, a large landscaped area, a lot of greenery: palm trees, cacti, and other vegetation. On the 0-th floor of the hotel, just behind the reception, there is the Cassiopeia restaurant, where every evening there is live music.
There is a large pool 15m by 1.5 m deep, and a small one, for kids, 0.5 m deep) We had breakfast right by the pool, admiring the palm trees and the surrounding greenery))
There is also an indoor pool, a gym (although we never found it), an area reserved for entertainment programs for guests (French bowling, darts, archery).
The contingent is predominantly elderly British, as well as families with children from England, France, Germany, and about 50% of Russians.
The rooms are spacious, bright, clean (they cleaned every day, changed bedding and towels several times). Solid furniture, there is everything you need: a wardrobe and other things, 2 tables, an armchair, a chair, a mirror, TV, a hair dryer, bedside tables. For the outlet, by the way, you need an adapter - we bought it in a nearby supermarket for a couple of euros)) and safely forgot it there))
Bathroom with toilet - no complaints at all, clean, with high-quality plumbing, towels came across and not very new, but always very clean =) so I liked everything!
Of the minuses:
1) paid Internet: 30 euros for 7 days, apparently more expensive, on booking. com or someone in the reviews found that 15 euros / week. One day 5 euros, etc.
2) we took food BB - and I’ll say that we weren’t satisfied with breakfast, it seems that there is something to choose from, but the assortment has never changed, on the 9th day I’m already pretty tired.
3) paid safe: at the reception 7 euros / week, in the room - 15 euros.
In general, we were very satisfied with the whole! Minor troubles in the hotel did not affect the overall impression of this wonderful island!
I would love to come back here again : )

Visitors to the hotel - mostly English "age". There are few young people, and there are no "youth" entertainments, which was a plus for us. The karaoke in the lobby mentioned in the reviews in the evenings is clearly audible throughout the building (the same as the reception), so it’s better for those who like to go to bed early to ask for rooms in another building. There are practically no Russians.
The hotel is located slightly "on the outskirts" - in a quiet location about 15 minutes by bus from the center of Paphos, and about 5 minutes from Coral Bay. Bus stop - in front of the hotel, buses run every 15-20 minutes. There is a small supermarket next to the bus stop.
The territory of the hotel smoothly turns into the seashore. But the coast is rocky, and the hotel does not have an organized beach. There is a small sandy piece of the coast - a cove covered from the sea by a stone embankment - but there are no umbrellas and sunbeds (although two or three sunbeds or chairs are usually there - they are brought by the guests themselves). Plus, there are several places where you can go to the sea and swim from the rocks. There are no lifeguards, but there are sea urchins. But there are practically no people on these beaches. Guests prefer to sunbathe by the pool or go to Coral Bay - we never visited there, but, judging by the reviews, the beach is good there.
The food is delicious, but not very varied. There is a standard set of everything - fish, meat, salads (sometimes with seafood), vegetables. For dessert - ice cream, cakes; from fruits - only apples or pears (perhaps things are better with fruits in summer). By the way, there is no fridge in the room. We took HB meals, as we planned to travel to Paphos and around the island during the day, and sit at the hotel only in the evenings on the terrace or near the sea; and so it happened.
Of the proposed excursions, they took only a trip to the Troodos mountain range and the Kykkos Monastery. We drove to the rest of the places by car - to the north-west, to the Akamas Peninsula to the "turtle beaches" (the car, however, was left halfway, being afraid to drive along the dirt road - as it turned out later, completely in vain: in dry time, the dirt road there is more than passable even for small cars, if you do not climb uphill) and to the "baths of Aphrodite". On Akamas there are rocky shores of amazing beauty. We also traveled east to the sanctuary of Aphrodite in the village of Kouklia and to the castle of the Hospitallers in Kolossi. Left-hand traffic is scary at first, but you get used to it quickly; in addition, local drivers are quite careful about "red numbers" (red numbers are hung on rented cars). Road signs and signs are duplicated two or three times, the quality of the coating is excellent, so you feel comfortable on the road.
