Hello. I want to tell you a little about our holiday in Cyprus. We traveled from 06/27/10 to 07/04/10. The hotel is very good, especially for those who love peace and quiet. There are practically no Russians, most are British, Germans, Americans, etc. Probably, nevertheless, our Russians do not really like silence, so there are almost none of them here. Although the kitchen is designed for the British, we liked it. We did not remain hungry, given that we only had breakfast and dinner, it is better to buy fruits and water in supermarkets.
The town of Protaras itself is very quiet, there are few people on the streets, of course there are many on the beach, most with children. In shops, cafes, they don’t speak Russian at all, if you know at least a little English, it will save you, or always have a phrase book with you.
In general, people in Cyprus are very kind and hospitable. Go, you won't regret it.
