Just returned! It was 10 days. We flew from Kiev by charter! We sat down and got up already in Punta Cana, very convenient! The plane was huge and everyone was busy!!! ! The service is good on the plane (and I advise you to take food with you, at least fruit, sandwiches, because for men, especially, such feeding may not be enough))). And now for the hotel: SUPER HOTEL!!! ! I am very picky about hotels, to be honest! And every time I found something. And here I could not even find fault ; ) ! I also took the Eegance Club system! It's like a VIP system. Your personal butler (he personally helped me a lot at first). Plus a separate beach, where there was enough space for everyone, towels were given without any problems, always, if you want to exchange them for dry ones during the day, please! That is, I didn’t hear or feel any problems! Another advantage: you can go to Japanese in the evenings to eat sushi without reservation. The bars had all the drinks you could want for us. Tried chocolate and caramel vodka! Very tasty! I was extended the check-out time from the room, and this is also due to the fact that the Club system! Because my friends from not this system could not extend the time and hung around for half a day waiting. And all day I consider that I lived in a room and did not pay extra! My butler is very good. You can always find them, by the way (and not like in Turkey you have to chase after the service staff or to reserve a table in Ala Carte). They made me a jacuzzi with roses, pillow aroma, aroma in the room and with those smells that I wish! And you can do all this as much as you want.
Gifts are also nice for us - a bag for the beach really comes in handy, and caps for a souvenir, why not ? ! ))). The battery of booze in the room was also useful for us for souvenirs (this is someone who is not able to drink, like me : )). The room was always cleaned well, even without a tip. I want to emphasize right away: DO NOT STEAL!! ! I read that they steal in the rooms, etc. , BUT THEY DO NOT STEAL! I left the ring somehow with a diamond, by accident, but I returned when it was lying in place !! ! In general, the room is huge, spacious, bright, huge bed, clean room, modern! I also had a view of the garden on the first floor (I opened the balcony door and got into my personal garden. There is a table and chairs on the balcony. There is air conditioning in the rooms, a chandelier-fan. So you won’t die from stuffiness))). There is a hair dryer. But nothing dries there (because of the climate), so I dried it with a hairdryer if I needed something)))). The staff is very good, they always responded if something was needed. One had only to say or call and they helped. Language proficiency is no problem. There are 2 people in the hotel who work there and translate for you, if you need something, there is a menu in Russian in restaurants. I saw it myself! But all the staff tries to understand you and they know a few words in Russian. Even on the fingers you can explain yourself, they will understand !!!!!! ! Believe me (although I spoke English, but I don’t have a super level). The food at the hotel is really awesome. You will see everything there: chocolate fountains, exotic fruits, elite cheeses, meat, fish (huge and exotic), seafood (lobsters, shrimp, shells, clams, etc. , EVERYTHING, everything is there). For breakfast, fresh juices are tasty and fresh, not sour! Everyone cooks for you! Champagne in the morning, no problem, Ice cream, sweets (I liked it personally). I am very sweet and live only on sweets))). so believe me, I have never once wanted our chocolate, etc. these days. Everything there is so delicious that it’s a sin to complain. The bars have food all the time and it is updated throughout the day with decent food: Coffee, milk, buns, yogurts, fruits, drinks, cheeses, hamburgers, etc. It's really a choir for us. parties were arranged, there was a tequila party and a martini party (I liked it very much), the atmosphere is beyond words, snacks are brought to your table and martinitekilu is brought as much as you want and of different types. And all this under the live performance of musical instruments. All restaurants (under reservation) can be visited as many times as you want. I personally liked the French restaurant (there is gourmet food and playing the piano). And at lunchtime I liked to go to a sea restaurant (overlooking the ocean) or to an Italian one (for us) - there is awesome tomato soup!
Everything is clean, there is enough space in the buffet for everyone and always. Shows are arranged in buffets sometimes (i. e. themed dinners), very good and interesting!

Of course, there are no comrades for the taste and color, but the hotel is really super. I talked with people who know and have experience in traveling and have seen a lot, and so they confirmed that the hotel is super. The manager is very respectful of those who rest in the hotel. I personally saw how people leave him gifts with words of gratitude. And I was familiar with a couple who have been staying there for the 9th time. So everyone already remembers them there, and even the manager gave a huge and chic bouquet to the room to the lady!!! ! Beaches, swimming pools are clean, clean constantly. Near the pools, for us, there were really chic beds, with pillows, lie down and look at the ocean or at the pool with a jacuzzi! No kids, which is a plus! Anyone who wants to go with children can also go there (but not to the Club system), the staff loves couples with children very much, I saw how they lisped (in the good sense of the word) with the kids and paid special attention). Weddings are arranged on the beach often, so you can see enough of anything and anyone : ). Just like in the movies! Not boring at the hotel at all (I'm under 30 so I'm young and love to have fun). So I wasn't bored! Disco for everyone, for different tastes. A little bit for everyone! Shows are held every day in the theater, and during the day you don’t want to leave the ocean, the bar, the pool and the Internet club (because it’s free for us and the speed is good), that other entertainment is not required. You can walk along the ocean promenade (you won’t go even in a couple of days, a huge distance: you can go along all the hotels and look at other hotels, or you can go the other way and see the virgin (almost) territory of the island (some palm trees and a beach). who gets bored with it - SPA!! ! GORGEOUS. I myself went 2 times already and was satisfied! Firstly, they are in a beautiful place, a little far from the hotel, in silence, and secondly, they then give you 2 hours free access to swimming pools, warm jacuzzi, aroma saunas (3 types), cold tea, service at the highest level (white robes, everything is clean). Therefore, in the evenings I went there too! The hotel area is so good that no one bothers at all. take a walk to another hotel (Colonial), or you can go to the ocean in the evening, you can sit in the main lobby and listen to the piano, chat, etc. , or you can go to the playing area and play billiards, tennis, chess (giant), table hockey or watch TV. le- very well developed and it! The gym is at the highest level (my boyfriend is an athlete and he knows a lot about the gyms, so he praised him), everything is new and the trainer is there who will tell, show, and help you choose the right level of exercises, if anything! And I went to yoga! there is something new every hour: pilates, yoga, stretching and something else (I forgot the name). So it’s good with that too. And there are also casinos: people play poker, drink cocktails, etc.
I really want to say thank you to the staff of the hotel! And also the vacationers themselves are hospitable))). Lots of Russians!! ! And it pleases.
Honestly, the hotel is super and there is no cholera there and it doesn’t even smell like it))). The hotel until January 15 is packed to zero (people wanted to stay and could not). And I also forgot to say that they have been since 14 December. somewhere they began to wear New Year's paraphernalia, decorate Christmas trees, etc. So the Christmas aura was felt. And each of the staff did not disdain to fulfill any request (the administrator could bring a glass of drink or food, well, etc. ). I personally came to see off the girl from the reception (and it's nice).
P / S Who doubts whether to overpay for the Elegance system - YES !! ! Honestly, it's worth it. A security guard walked around our territory and made sure that no one else was lying with us, then they bring drinks to the beach, what you order, then the bracelet is so super-worthy : ) (worthy), and in general you feel safe there! Really VIP person.
