Traveled with a group of children. Firstly, we arrived at the local time at the beginning of 1 night, we arrived at the hotel somewhere at the beginning of 2. . . We were tired, hungry (because we were in Domodedovo from 1 to 7, because the flight was delayed) stood at the reception desk and waited for the administrator to answer 24 calls !! ! And we were somewhere in the region of 7-8 people, and waited like a kilometer line. Well, it's okay, they gave us rooms, since we have a company of 5 people, we took two rooms. They asked nearby, but they gave it through one number (they didn’t give any money and weren’t going to). Our friends went to bed, we ordered food (for a fee), because. to them after 12 all for money. It’s better not to take food AT ALL for any money it’s not worth it, very disgusting food. Secondly, they took the suitcase from my friends and dragged it to the room themselves, a friend took it and said that he would report it himself, after that the Arabs started calling their room and saying that they needed to pay money for the suitcase (generally nonsense), and they also complained to us !! ! In general, the rooms are not bad, but the furniture is old and the floors are not washed, the bedding is not changed, you need to beg for clean towels. There is air conditioning, there is a loggia with plastic chairs. There are two machines with liquid soap in the bathroom and that's it, so it's better to take everything with you. You do not pay any money for cleaning the room, they are cleaned the same way. They can break into the room in the morning to clean. In general, the food is disgusting, everything is in stinky spices, fish lovers will just have to die of hunger, there are not enough appliances in restaurants, there are not enough glasses, and at the same time there is a LINE TO EAT in THREE RESTAURANTS !! ! Drinks are the same, the only thing that tolerably it’s coffee and tea, juices are diluted, don’t drink alcohol at all, better try a hookah) The beach is rocky and sandy, it’s better not to swim without corrals, but it’s amazing to swim in masks) The sea is cool) There are always enough sun loungers) You can go to Jasmine beach, it is generally completely sandy, but also cool) The hotel is right next to the sea, which was the only thing that pleased) Another thing I didn’t like was the perseverance and obsession of the staff. They just annoyed us, with all their services they came 16 times a day !! ! Towel dispensers on the beach and around the pool are also not endowed with modesty, they always get questions and impudence. By the way, about the pool, it is almost throughout the hotel, but you can’t find sunbeds even at 9 am, people rise at 6-7 to take a seat near the pool, complete nonsense. HE is small and flows there in narrow paths. As for entertainment, no! Animation sucks, animator Obama, in general, when he does aqua aerobics, he generally makes them suck each other and do massages, in general, complete monkeying, and every day the animation is the same, animators dance, black animators change clothes in blondes and put on a show, that's all. By the way, they honor the Germans there, they infringe on the Russians in everything they can. And, by the way, there are no living creatures in the rooms, only ants (see photo). I do not recommend this hotel for a day!
