Райский уголок paradise

Rested with family. The hotel and service is excellent, everyone is smiling, friendly, the location and landscape of the hotel are magnificent. But there is always a "but". . .
It all started with the fact that we were not placed in the hotel to which we bought tickets, namely: instead of Titanic Aqua Park, we ended up in Ali Bawa. All attempts to change the hotel and get what they planned back in Kyiv were useless.
The entertainment program was almost non-existent. Dancing and others during the day by the pool were of interest only to children, and even then they were very monotonous.
Adults fled to neighboring hotels to have some fun in the evening, not a single discos for the entire time of our holiday.
Nutrition. Too much food, too little. Three restaurants offer the same. But the service is good.
Rooms are cleaned only when tips are received.

Tours are not interesting. Deception at every turn. We ordered an individual quad bike tour, without a group, for which they charged us an additional fee, but when we arrived at the place we were disappointed to see a group of riders. In a sea trip on a boat with glass underwater walls, they were also disappointed. Everything that we were able to show from marine life, we saw in the hotel, right on the beach, 20 meters from the shore: the same flora and fauna. The main thing is not to be lazy to swim in a mask and snorkel. On board the boat they offered us a video of our walk, alas, but its quality is so poor that the pictures with a mobile phone turned out to be better.
But, for those who are looking for peace, gentle sunshine and warm sea, this is a PARADISE!! !
