Family, 2 adults, 2 children (4 years old, 13 years old)
1. A Family Room was reserved, upon arrival they received an indifferent refusal (in the form we don’t know anything) and received 2 Standard Rooms (5785.5786). At the same time, the tour operator in advance (2 weeks) made a request and confirmed the reservation of the Family Room. Upon arrival, they announced that this number was not available, while every other day Mohammed Asat F. G. MGR promised,
that they would relocate until they waited for us to leave. Fact - the hotel resells the same room to several tourists.
2. Smoking is allowed in the hotel lobby. All smoky and stinks.
3. Tea in restaurants is served only for breakfast.
4. In the bar of the main building, spilling beer into dirty glasses was noticed. Therefore, if you dare to go, take only plastic disposable cups.
5. Near the buildings (Building 5600-5700), breaks through the sewers (3 times within 7 days). Fecal water flows through sewer wells (see photo). Stinks impossible to walk.
6. In the description of the hotel there is a safe in the rooms. In reality, it doesn't exist.
7. The rooms are old, the sewage from the toilet is leaking, the bathtub is broken, ants climb at night, bite painfully, the child and wife were bitten. Look at the photo.
