The hotel is wonderful. When settling at the reception, it is advisable not to regret 10-20 dollars, so as not to end up in a room near the stage, where the animation “roars” day and night or the window of which opens into a “nice” dead end. Rooms whose numbers start from 55XX to 58XX are the most successful - approximately in the middle between the sea and restaurants. The territory is well-groomed, there is a lot of greenery, the main swimming pool turns into a decorative one, which makes the view from the window pleasing to the eye. The room was cleaned and towels changed every day, the quality of cleaning did not depend on the tip. On the third day, without waiting for the replenishment of soap, shampoo and gel, they called the reception and fixed everything in half an hour. The staff understands Russian well, almost everyone speaks. Responds appropriately. For polite treatment with a smile, they can even break the rules a little to please,
the answer to the rudeness of the guests is a cheerful indifference or a complete ignore. Unfortunately, some of our compatriots behaved like complete idiots. Liked the food. Three restaurants were declared - traditional, Italian and Arabic, but only the first two actually worked. Their food is about the same. A lot of raw and stewed vegetables, little meat. Fish stew, looks more like boiled. Chicken is always tough, as is beef. I liked the lamb balls in garlic sauce. For lunch and dinner - a must-have puree soup. Lots of good pastries and sweets. From fruits they gave oranges, tangerines, melon and guava, which has a somewhat strange taste. Yes, more dates and a peeled pomegranate. The staff is friendly. The bar unquestioningly pours any "double". With beach towels full order. The staff on the beach will bring the mattress and rearrange the trestle beds (they are made of wood and are too heavy for girls).

The water is warm and very salty. You can have a bite to eat at the beach bar, if you don’t feel like parting with the sea for lunch. I recommend ordering the shrimp. Do not take "royal", they are more expensive, take one serving - half a kilo of medium ones. For three people with plenty of vegetables and free beer, this pleasure cost us 110 Egyptian pounds, 15 of which went to tea to the waiter. Be sure to buy several excursions. Ask your guide about the bus if you are going to Luxor, otherwise we got it without napkins on the headrests of the seats. Change money before you travel. Change of 3-4 pounds is very difficult to get. Be prepared for various "marketing" scams from representatives of the tour operator. Feel free to leave the store, for example, papyri, where you will be dragged under the guise of a tour. You don't have to buy anything. And tip "a couple of dollars". The guides of the Tez-tour did not even think to warn their tourists that
that on a motto safari and the white sun of the desert, you need to grab glasses and a scarf or hat is highly desirable. Why, because you can cheerfully trade at exorbitant prices for both, when the group is already in the desert. Interrogate your guides with predilection for all the details - you will feel more comfortable. Sea voyage, white sun, etc. - take half a day, the effect is the same, and stupid belly dances and terrible dinners on board can be avoided. ATV racing in the desert - just super! The coral fish did not disappoint either. Our voucher was accompanied by tickets to the Titanic water park, we enjoyed it a lot! We returned to snow-covered Odessa tanned and very satisfied.
