We rested in this hotel in September 2018, me, my daughter, and my sister, 21 years old. So what we liked about the hotel: first of all, it was the sea, we went for it and it didn’t disappoint us, warm and transparent, the excellent sandy beach of the Jasmine hotel, but the hotel was overcrowded and there were problems with sunbeds. Then I liked the food, everything is delicious, what ends immediately they bring, maybe we are not picky, but in 2 weeks we were not tired. The room we got was also excellent: very spacious, on the first floor, but there were no living creatures, although we heard that some had questions with this, for example, cockroaches. It’s unpleasant, of course, but restoration is underway, which may change. Large territory, many playgrounds, an aviary with monkeys. There is a children's room, there is now an animator Olesya, the children love her very much and rush to her. As for the minuses, they are, firstly, the owners of the hotel are very greedy, much of what is included in other hotels is included here for an additional fee. For example fire show evening animation cost 5 euros. Do not be fooled, you could see from the side, for free. They love the Germans very much, there are about 40% of them, they will leave a tip, you will leave them to love you). And attention, THEY CUT BRACELETS, if you check out of the room, then either you pay extra for the bracelet 6 euros, or you will not be fed, very unpleasant, speaks of the level of the hotel. . . , also a water park, there are questions, sooooo slippery tiles, be careful, the adult area is very fine, but on the children’s area, if the child is afraid they won’t let you in, it’s apparently a fragile structure, and water pours sooooo much when climbing the slides, many children because of they cried and didn’t ride down the slides, and didn’t like the children’s area, the slides are more for teenagers, 2 completely black pipes, and 2 open pipes in which you get stuck, but for a change it’s worth going a couple of times. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but we won't be returning to the hotel.
