Отличный отель Excellent hotel

There were four of us: me, my husband and two children (daughter, 17 years old and son, 6 years old). In Egypt already 4 times. Previously, we went to five, but after reading positive reviews, we decided to check this one out.
Our family loved this hotel! It is small, very clean, very cozy, lots of flowers, bushes, palm trees, the staff is friendly and well-mannered, not intrusive at all. Almost everyone speaks Russian. The hotel, as we were told, is inhabited by 20% Ukrainians, Belarusians, 30-40% Germans, the rest from other European countries.
We arrived at 9.00 am, and check-in is only from 14.00. We were immediately put on bracelets, took away our suitcases, and ordered to start resting)). You can check in earlier, but it cost 30 euros. We didn't see the need for it. We changed clothes and went to the beach, where we ate, drank, swam. . . and came to our senses only by 16.00. Then we returned to the reception, a man came out to us with a full cart of our suitcases and led us to the room. And we were asked what floor we want, we chose the second one. The room was great, big, clean with a partial sea view. Large terrace. The room has two double beds and a sofa. We refused another extra bed. We didn't pay anything for the room.

The hotel is more for couples with children. There was a lot of entertainment for the youth too, but I think that the endless movement of children must have been stressful for them. There are a lot of children! And they got to know each other so quickly despite the language barrier! I love this kind of communication!
Animation at the highest level. Started in the morning and lasted until 12 at night. And in several places (by the pool, on the beach, in the water park). All sorts of zumba, rumba, water polo, aqua aerobics, throwing darts, chess. . . I can't even remember everything. Music played constantly. The music is good, not intrusive, there was always a feeling of a holiday!
The animators simultaneously voiced everything in Russian, English and German. My relatives were involved in everything! I'm not a big fan of activity, but I really liked it, because I could sit quietly in the bar in the middle of the pool and constantly watch concerts with the participation of my family members from different angles.
Since we went in early spring, and the water had not yet warmed up, it was a huge plus that part of the main pool (it is quite large) was heated. And they warmed up thoroughly! By lunchtime, the water was somewhere around 30 degrees. By the evening, it was generally hot. Most of the kids were there. The other part of the main pool was cold (i. e. normal for its weather), but it is designed for swimmers, because. the pool is long and you can easily swim 70 meters one way.
The water park is great! Divided into three sections depending on age and extreme. Children's The most beautiful! And also heated! On each hill there were, I don’t know what they are called correctly, “looking, or something... )) In general, they were everywhere. So-so imperceptibly, unobtrusively, but as soon as some kind of violation happened, they immediately appeared and stopped. Well done!
The hotel has a free kids club, we didn't use it (my kids are big now) but it's really cool! A kind of kindergarten. Children were brought there in the morning and with them all day (each parent chooses how much) several teachers with knowledge of several languages ​ ​ were engaged. They took them to feed, swim, to the water park, looking for some treasures around the territory. The little ones loved it!

We ate at three restaurants. They all worked at the same time, and the assortment was the same. The meal was delicious! At a minimum of spices, a lot of vegetables, cheese, meat, side dishes, well, in general, a lot of everything. Meat (beef, chicken, lamb), fish (I don’t know which one, but always delicious), sausages, meatballs, potatoes, pasta, some kind of casseroles were always there and at least 3-4 versions each. Soups every day for lunch, 2 different and very tasty! Pastries and desserts are generally beyond praise! There are many fruits, mainly bananas, melons, apples, oranges, strawberries. A lot of things are prepared for you. In general, there is a lot of food, very tasty, and it is always there. The range is huge. For example, I never tried everything... In the hotel, in principle, food was served somewhere every minute! ))) Every day they gave ice cream, 2 horns in one hand, and not only for children.
The bars, there are 4 of them, are great! Alcohol, though local, but good enough! The bartenders know how to make a lot of cocktails. The bar at the water park did not give alcohol. Not allowed! Dangerously! Here they are right, there is nothing drunk on the hills to do! Therefore, they were worn from another bar)).
Sun loungers are just heaps! Towel too! Towels are clean, soft and smelly.
The toilets are all very clean, you can easily go barefoot.
On the beach were only 2 times, as the water in the sea was cold. The beach is awesome! Clean, beautiful, music plays, 2 bars work, they constantly feed something, entertain something. In the evening, the beach bar turns into a fish restaurant (for a fee). Were in it once. There is already more serious food - king prawns, crabs, squids, mussels... Very tasty. Well, the concert, of course.
Once we were in a Chinese restaurant (a la carte) - we didn’t really like it, because we had to wait a long time. Those who pay are served first. Although the food was delicious!
We went on excursions a couple of times. We left early in the morning, so we had to order dry rations. Excellent! for each two huge sandwiches with cheese and sausage, tomato, cucumber, fruit and a couple of cakes. Well, water and juice, of course. We then compared on excursions with other hotels, we had the coolest dry rations! We were all jealous!
As for the mini bar in the room, there was only water, 2 bottles per person per day, and it was delivered regardless of whether you drank the old one or not. We didn't drink because we always drank somewhere else, and by the end of the week we had just heaps of this water.
The air conditioning in the room worked properly, the water in the shower was always (both cold and hot), the hair dryer worked, all toiletries (toilet paper, soap, gel) were available and delivered as needed.

The rooms were cleaned well. Whether you left $1 or not. Cleaned exclusively when no one is at home, even if you left the room only in the evening. Bed linen and towels changed every day. Everything in the room worked fine. There was a TV, a lot of channels, showed even one Russian.
There was no Internet anywhere, we knew about it in advance, so even at the airport we bought one Orange card for $ 10 and distributed the Internet to each other, it was enough for us for 4 people clearly until the last day.
There is no safe in the room, but there is a free safe at the reception. Have used it a couple of times. By the way, it was very convenient.
In the evenings every day there is a children's disco. Very well organised! My son (6 years old) didn't miss a single one.
For young people, every day some kind of theme party and an adult disco were organized until 12 at night.
For "pensioners" like me, live music sang every evening in the lobby bar.
In general, I recommend the hotel! Liked everything! Definitely we will come back for more and more!
