Единственный плюс - пляж отеля "Жасмин" The only plus is the beach of the hotel "Jasmine"

Despite reading reviews and watching video reviews, the hotel left an unpleasant aftertaste. As I already wrote, its only plus is the sandy beach of the Jasmine Hotel (corals are not needed). Yes, the area is beautiful, well-groomed. Yes, there is a water park. But... Meals are scarce and monotonous - french fries are served as God knows what a delicacy in restaurants on the beach and by the pool. There is no children's menu! Devices in a sealed form are served only to the first visitors. For meat, fish, pizza, etc. queues of 10 people, and it was very annoying.
The room was old, without a safe, kettle, tea and coffee, soap accessories (except for two liquid products in dispensers on the wall). One dispenser did not work, the product spilled out of it on the floor and remained uncleaned for 4 days until the administrator was told about it. Immediately the janitor came running with the boss to find out why we were not happy. The air conditioner is terribly loud, it is impossible to adjust the temperature on it. They asked for a blanket for the child - they brought it 8 days later, just before leaving.
In the lobby, you had to beg for plastic cups to drink water, and God forbid you want to get water from the cooler into a bottle. On the day of departure at 12 o'clock, the bracelets were cut off - this redneck was very surprised. We were given a ticket for lunch. The hotel guide cheated on the tour so don't be fooled by all their "good" deals. And in general, there was a residue from the fact that everyone is waiting for money from you. If not for the beach, the rest would be completely ruined.
