The guides imagined that they were barefoot here, they did not let you out of the hotel without their permission, and if you left without it, they check the bags that you bought. Seafood and fruit cannot be brought into the hotel. (First time heard this)
Constantly snorting and turning away. Until I took a picture of their badges, they insulted me. Then they apologized and started talking differently. Coral is just awful!
When they flew away, they took it in 4 hours, although it took 15 minutes to get there!!!
They took us to the store and we were there for an hour. A scam to buy everything 5-7 times more expensive! This is also the first time we have flown, already 10 times if not more, no one allowed himself this, and all this is forced, without the right to vote!

The staff is not very friendly. At the reception they said that we could not have breakfast and the bracelets would be given to us only after 10 am! The children weren't even given tea.
Basen is heated, but it is warm one day, cold one.
The food is very small, you can say there is no choice, but the taste is not bad. If there is chicken, then there is no other meat at all, in general, it is deplorable. I was not hungry, but the choice is very bad!!!
Napkins are not even given for dinner, everything is disposable. Do you want coffee, tea, only in the lobby, not in the restaurant, except for breakfast.
Ice cream is given in plates from a children's set, it's funny, I've never seen anything like it!! ! They put a teaspoon, ask for more, they twist their nose, as if they bought it with their own money and give it to me. The child went for the 2nd serving, they don’t give it either! They say you've had enough until I go. This is generally absurd.
Beer in glasses 200 ml in hand max 2 glasses.
When we were leaving, they were not allowed to order lunch boxes, they say you are leaving why do you need them, we explained that we have small ones, but they don’t care.
They picked us up at 15.00, departure at 18.45, arrival at 23.50 and it doesn't matter to them either.
In general, the hotel is very bad.
Cool slides there, but it stinks all the time of manure and a lot of flies there. Why dont know.
The area itself is beautiful, I liked it.
But I don't recommend this hotel.
