Rested with a family of 2 adults and 3 children, 10.5 years old and a year old.
Staff and Attitude: Immediately upon check-in, they paid extra for an upgrade to a Deluxe room, $120 for 10 nights. Settled immediately upon arrival, even before 9 am, did not wait. The staff are very nice and polite, no one said a bad word for all the time. Nobody asked for a tip. Very fond of small children. Problems are solved quickly (the child blocked the safe - they opened it within 10 minutes). On my birthday in the evening, all the waiters of the restaurant congratulated me, sang songs and played local instruments. And they brought cake. Nice!
Number: basically corresponds to the photo, not perfect, but everything works. If you don't like noise in the evenings, don't take Pool wiew. There are enough outlets. There is a safe, kettle, bathrobes. The baby was given a crib. We moved large beds and slept with the children, there was enough space. Do not consider the sofa in the room for sleeping, it unfolds into a mattress, and you will sleep right on the floor. Soap and shower gel in dispensers. Egyptian cleaning.

Food: tasty, not too varied, but there is a lot of it, everyone puts it on himself. From fruits there were delicious dates, small melons, oranges, grapefruits, bananas. Everything. Vegetables are delicious, both raw and cooked. Yoghurts, too, and the "colored" ones were dyed with dried and ground strawberries and peach. Sugarless. The pastries are very good, and the cakes are heaven for the sweet tooth.
There are restaurants: main, Italian, Oriental, Laguna on the beach and a pool bar and also in the water park. Italian worked in the morning and afternoon, the menu is the same as in the main, there is no evening. By the pool and on the beach fast food, delicious, although I do not eat this. Once per vacation, you can dine in the East and Laguna. Don't waste your time on Vostochny, choose All. inclusive too small and very long service. Egyptian-style dinner on the beach, delicious, but not a restaurant, but also a buffet.
Water park: adult slides work in turn, there is no pandemonium. Liked. The children's sector did not "enter" the children, although it looks very cool!
Sea! That, for the sake of which, in fact, they went. At the end of April it was cool for us. The nearby Aladdin beach is beautiful! There are some fish.
Pools: good, children's "paddling pool" is very cold, although it is designed for the smallest children.
Territory: wonderful, there is where to walk, it is important for us. We also walked around the territory of the neighboring Aladdin and the abandoned Jasmine. There is a playground.
Location - we were first in the transfer to the hotel, close to the airport. Within walking distance is the Senzomall shopping center, which has a supermarket and a pharmacy and even Duty-free (works several hours a day, in my opinion from 11 to 15). Do not listen to taxi drivers that it is closed or far away. Really 10 minutes walk.
Entertainment: Actually, there are none. Animators seem to be, but they are not particularly. We didn't need them, only an hour in the evening a children's disco. I really wanted a normal disco and a good DJ instead of dubious local singers and belly dancers. Did not work out.
Overall impression - worth the money. If there are no excessive expectations. One time visit with children.
