We rested with my daughter in this hotel from 04/18/09 to 04/25/09. Impressions were not very pleasant. Upon arrival at the airport, from the first minute, the Egyptians deceived with the price of a visa in Egypt, instead of $ 15 from the entire aircraft arriving from Kyiv, they ripped off $ 16 from each tourist. And from those who arrived from Moscow - $ 17. A trifle, but it was not very pleasant. When they brought us to the hotel, miracles began with the settlement. Those who liked the hotel staff (thank God we were on this list), they were already in the room pretty quickly (after 15 minutes), this pleasure cost us only $ 10. And other tourists were tormented for five hours. Our room was on the 4th floor, the view from the balcony to the grid that separated us from another hotel. The room is clean, there were 2 bottles of plain water and two sweets (sprite and cola) in the fridge. Every day we were brought and put in the refrigerator 2 bottles of plain water. When we entered the bathroom, it turned out that there was only one towel. To the question to the cleaner, why? He said that after dinner he would bring it, but he didn’t, and only after my visit to him, he gave us three more towels, it seems that all this is trifles, but the hotel is 5 * and everything should be perfect.
When we took off the covers, we saw that the bedding was not fresh, but used. I went back to the cleaner with claims, why? He changed the linen for us, but it was already around 22.00.
The next morning, at about 6.30, I went to the beach to borrow sun loungers, but... there were no free ones anywhere. It turns out that you need to take a sunbed at 5 in the morning. Yes, good rest! Don't say anything! The people on the beach were just some kind of horror! The sunbeds are mostly broken, the mattresses on them are very painted the body in blue! In general, my daughter and I were just in shock! As for food: the food is different, varied, you will never be hungry! But, my advice to you is not to buy fresh juices at the bar on the 1st floor! Travanulis we just thoroughly! In the evenings you can take a walk, the hotel area is just huge, green, a singing fountain works every evening. We have already seen this in the Czech Republic and in Spain. Cool and beautiful sight! If you leave the hotel, you can go shopping. Trade, trade. For example, we bought leather. bags from the amount of 65 dollars can be bargained up to 20 dollars.

And in no case do not say that you saw the same and cheaper somewhere, you will hear such things in your address... My daughter and I witnessed this. We were on the same excursion on a boat trip. It was cool! Sunbathing on the upper deck of the ship. We swam in the open Red Sea, we also liked it very much! They fed us well on the ship! We had a guide Tatyana with us, a very kind woman, she talked interestingly about Egypt, about hotels, about the villas of various celebrities. Don't just buy CD's of your tour, rare $25 crap. The quality is terrible! The animation started around 23.00, we didn't go, so late, and secondly, not close to the hotel, and thirdly, in the morning we had to get up early to take the sunbeds. You know, look for some other hotel. I have something to compare, I have been to 10 countries and this hotel is of a very low standard. We were last year in Turkey in 4 * (Ozkaymak Aladdin) so it is 5 times better than this Emerald 5 *!
