As soon as they entered, they were already shocked by the fact that only 99 percent of the Arabs and only 1 percent of the Slavs, you don’t seem to pay attention, but it’s scary, always yelling, eternal glances in your direction and always asking you to be photographed like a monkey. Arabs are very arrogant and not cultured people. After two days, you start to try not to notice it. But there are other problems - it's food. In Emeralda itself, there are 5 stars, but there is nothing to eat. The meat is given out in tiny portions! ! There are only cucumbers and tomatoes. The rest of the food (pasta, plastic potatoes, etc. ) is all terribly spicy, our stomach feels bad every day from such food. The territory itself is huge and when you choose a hotel you admire how much there is. But in fact, a couple of hotels work, construction is everywhere on the territory, everything is collapsed. If you want, they give you a bracelet and you can eat at any of the 3 working hotels. We always went to the diamond service and the food is better there, but the meat is also given out in portions, you always have to ask.
The only thing I liked was the sea and the beach.
The service leaves much to be desired, problems in the hotel are solved with great difficulty and ridicule of the Russians by the staff. Adequate people from the staff can be counted on the fingers. Everywhere greed and arrogance. It's not worth that kind of money, and it's not 5 stars, a maximum of 2. Disgusting impression of Egypt (they were, by the way, for the first time, so don't overdo it) Also, the animation is terrible entertainment for young and for Russian people, there is no sit and rot in hotel. All the Slavs who met there are terribly dissatisfied. There were people who are not the first time in this hotel. Everyone is shocked by what is happening there. And not all operators warn. Do not eat under any circumstances!! !
