We flew from Ukraine through the Join Up tour together with my wife.
Like everyone else, they fell for a bunch of hotels in one area, a bunch of restaurants, bars, a water park, a sandy beach, entertainment, etc.
As a result, of all the hotels, only one is working - Almaz, all the rest are closed. The entire territory is semi-abandoned and is in construction work, the water park does not work.
They settled very quickly surprisingly at 10 am and offered to have breakfast (the food is complete shit !!! ), although they usually settle in not earlier than lunch. The wife went up to the room, returned to the reception and said that it was terrible there.
As a result, we did not stay at this hotel, but moved to the Hilton while paying a penalty (for refusal) of 105 USD. for two and transfer by taxi 10 c. u.
The hotel even turned off the phone to communicate with the guide, fortunately Wi-Fi works.
Through Viber we communicated with representatives of Join Up in Ukraine, from the director’s phone (thanks to him for this! ) We communicated with representatives of Join Up in Egypt, my name is Michael, the senior guide in Egypt and Momen, the hotel guide. Momen, a 100% asshole, did everything not to move and stay there.
The attitude of the Join Up representatives just killed, everyone doesn’t care, no one wants to help, they themselves were looking for a hotel where to move, after they chose where to move, the hotel guide booked it for us through a scandal !!!
The issue was resolved for about 2 hours, during which time none of the representatives of Join Up arrived.
A huge negative was left, first of all, with the Join Up tour operator, because in fact, due to the fact that they did not provide up-to-date information, our vacation began with scandals, a lot of spent nerves and extra money for relocation.
