Only at night, having arrived from Egypt, I decided to add my opinion about the hotel. We rested in Emeralda from 10/15/09 to 10/25/09 with two friends. I really liked the hotel. We swam in the hotel pool at night, barely having time to check in.
We settled quickly, there was a small incident - they first gave a room for 2 adults and a child with a folding bed. We decided everything at the reception even without knowledge of English. The room was large, clean for 3 people. There was also a kettle and scales in the room. There was no life in the room.
We found the staff to be attentive. True, when checking in at the reception, they pretended that they didn’t understand Russian at all.
In the evening we went to look at the singing fountains, then the entertainment program began (dancing with skirts, belly dancing, etc. ), went to a free disco on the street near Diamond. There were very few people at the foam (paid) party, it was boring.

I liked that you can eat and drink in any hotel. We went around everything except the Club. In Emeralda, the food is normal, there was always enough dishes. Pumpkin, sweets, meat casseroles - very tasty. And it’s better not to eat salads, take freshly chopped vegetables and mix them yourself. If you wanted to try grilled crabs and quails, go to Diamond's Orange Restaurant. The Paradise restaurant has very tasty and varied pastries, more variety, but also more people. We also went to Almaz to have breakfast, but we didn’t really like it, it was a bit scary. Dinners at Almaz are the same as everywhere else. We went to a bungalow to friends in Almaz - the rooms are large for two, but we didn’t have a kettle.
Russian is considered the best a la carte restaurant - this is the only place where salads are edible, in general, everything that you don’t try is delicious. I highly recommend! Asian restaurant "g" complete. Covered on the street near Almaz, the food is the same as everywhere else, but poorer. It's delicious - grilled beef sausages.
I didn’t get to the fish restaurant, my friends went there. According to them, they came to 19.30 and everything was already eaten. They turned around and left. I didn’t speak Italian, I won’t lie.

Queues were observed only in one of the bars on the beach (near Almaz), and only at lunchtime. Since many people dine on the beach.
Of the minuses:
The water in the shower was not always hot.
- the sellers on the beach were very tired, every 15 minutes they offered to go for a massage, then fly by parachute.
- Many sunbeds were occupied at 7 am, but if you walk later you can find it, but with difficulty. For several days they fed Arab children - they occupied sunbeds for lifeguards on the beach.
- since we rested with a purely female company for a very long time, I could not get used to the attention of the staff (managers), guides on excursions - they wrote their phone numbers on napkins, drew hearts, confessed their eternal love to the grave, invited me on an excursion to Hurghada. At first it was very annoying.
- sometimes it seemed that beach towels were not washed, but old ones were given in the evening.
