The hotel was good 5 years ago. Now - horror. Of the 7 hotels on the territory, as many as 2 are working !!! . The description of the hotel says that there are a lot of restaurants and that you can use the entire infrastructure and eat anywhere. DECEPTION. You can eat only in the hotel where you arrived (although in fact there are only 2 dining restaurants, one restaurant in each working department, it seems that you could go to a nearby hotel to eat. But you need to come to the reception, they will call and ask if you can get there today). You can only use the common beach and water park (because of it, in principle, we went there). And even in the bar on the beach of the second hotel they didn’t pour water for us - they sent us to their bar on the beach (((
The staff is mostly rude. This is especially true of the bartenders at the bar on the beach and the cleaners of the rooms. Stupidly they stand looking at you and constantly demand money.
We went into the room - they are waiting. I show a broken chair and a broken lamp, they "repair" the chair in front of me, turn the lamp over with its unbroken side towards me and say "everything is fine, everything is good, mani. mani..... ". Of course, I understand that they pay little there, but damn it....and they only demand money from visitors, they didn’t demand money from Arabs... okay, I’ll continue.

The beach is wide, flat and VERY DIRTY. It looks like they don't clean it up at all. The sea is also full of garbage, this is especially noticeable when you swim with a mask under water or fly by parachute along the shore of the hotel. And no one was in a hurry to clean it up until they brought employees from the reception and pointed to the amount of garbage. And then for 11 days of rest I personally saw only 3 times that they removed garbage on the beach.
Animation - it is actually non-existent. In the evenings, only a "children's disco" with monotonous Arabic music. Once the tricks were shown, the acrobat was 10 minutes and dancing 30 minutes - all....for 11 days.
When we arrived at the hotel was 70 percent - Arabs. This is a cap. The hotel staff did everything for them. Music - only Arabic. Food too. And the most annoying thing is that Arabs are allowed to smoke everywhere. A children's area, there is a no-smoking icon on the tables... nope, this is not for the Arabs, they will bring an ashtray if they smoke cigarettes or a hookah....and no one made any comments to them - they are at home....
The food is monotonous. There was a choice but no choice. Potatoes - undercooked, undercooked. Macaroni - overcooked. Beans, beans, beans. . . Some liver, duck chicken and very tough beef (although when we saw the prices in the supermarket for meat, everything fell into place). The fish was delicious. Lettuces - sniff, very often missing, even omnivorous Arabs raised scandals about "smelling" salads. There were fruits and sweets, but you can’t interrogate a normal piece of watermelon....
When the Arabs were already leaving, it became smaller. Many Ukrainians, Belarusians, Poles and Chinese arrived.
Those guys who were in the hotel 5 years ago were shocked, they themselves did not expect that the hotel was so neglected and broken.
The only thing I can advise is a water park, especially a cool children's area. The child really liked it. A lot of adult Arabs ride on children's slides - they were afraid of adult slides.
In general, if the warm sea and a good water park are important, despite the meager food and the lack of a normal attitude towards you, go. I will not go here again (despite the water park).
P. S. Forgot. Tours. Do not take the guides from the hotel - very expensive. We went to Cairo for $35. (found contacts on Facebook) the hotel guide had 77. The walk with the dolphins cost us 20, the guide 35.

In general, you decide. And yet - almost opposite the hotel there is a mini-market with a bunch of shops in a row. A 20-minute walk away is a large supermarket, which is better to go in the evening, it's not so hot and it works but until 1 am.
Good luck everyone
