Rested with a child and wife, our assessment of the hotel and especially the staff is 2.
If you respect yourself, then in golden 5 you have nothing to do. Emerald of all the hotels is the best (from communication with other vacationers) and it’s not 5 stars but a maximum of 2. On the pictures everything looks very good, but in reality everything is very far from ideal. We were lucky our room didn't stink and there were no ants (only lizards).
For 12 days in the room, the hose in the shower was changed 2 times and the sewer was repaired 1 time.

2 Russian channels on a regular TV with a tube. Audibility through the doors is such that it seems that they are not. There is a safe in the room BUT it is not fixed and it is easy to carry it away to bring it along with your valuables. The mini bar is 3 liter bottles (Fanta, cola, sprite) for a week for free (after 8 days of rest, I asked why the mini bar was not replenished, they told me that if I had a rest for 2 weeks, they would replenish it and I stopped by only for 12 days). The aqua park (5 slides) is open 2 hours less than it is written on the sign from 10 to 5, and then you can only ride on 3 slides maximum. The “pipe” is sometimes closed, and it is not possible to ride along two side ones (they are not slippery, you drive 5 meters and stop), as a result, only 2 slides remain. Nothing to do in the kids club.
Meals for 11 days are monotonous (every day is the same), NO juices, NO fruits, dishes are washed disgustingly, restaurants are booked 2 weeks in advance (for 12 days I didn’t get into any).
There is a catastrophic lack of sunbeds on the beach, the sandy entrance to the sea is only where the locals have equipped everything for themselves (boats, boats, parachutes, etc. ).
