We arrived at night, we were immediately settled in the room, free of charge. The room is standard, I have not seen others here. Towels were clean, bed linen not very clean. . . Mirrors, curtains, doors and plumbing are very dirty. She asked me to remove the curtains altogether, since they refuse to replace them with clean ones, on the 3rd day they removed 1 curtain out of 6, the dirtiest. They cleaned the room irregularly, regularly taking money, refilling the beds I made. Towels were not changed for 2 days, despite the fact that 4 people lived in the room, we used two towels for four. On the 3rd day, after an unpleasant conversation with the guide, we were "changed" bed linen (only sheets were replaced) and towels ("clean" towels turned out to be dirtier than "dirty" ones and we did not wipe ourselves with them). On the 4th day, they asked for clean towels, the cleaner took the dollar and towels as usual in the morning, did not clean up, did not issue towels. Brought only at 10 pm. But these are probably trifles, although when relaxing with children I would like to receive at least some amenities. You can eat normally only at the beginning, that is, at 7 am, at 1 pm and at 7 pm. If you do not have time to arrive on time - there are no places, there are mountains of dirty dishes on the tables, there are no cutlery, plates and glasses. The same thing about the beach - did not take a place before breakfast, you have to stand for two hours, there are absolutely not enough sunbeds. In general, if anyone has been to Sochi or Anapa in the last 2-3 years during the velvet season, it’s the same here, a lot of people who no one wants to serve. The territory is beautiful, clean, the sea is wonderful. The food is monotonous and you understand it on the 3rd day, very tasty fish and pastries (be careful with salads and cakes), green fruits. You can dine calmly and more or less tasty (if you have not signed up at once in all the proposed restaurants) in Diamond, but only at the last hour of dinner, i. e. from 21 to 22 hours. It is difficult to feed a child - the children's menu is terrible. There is little entertainment, only billiards on site, everything else is in neighboring hotels. Didn't like disco. There is practically no entertainment for children; for adults, the entertainment schedule is not respected. The hotel is not 5* or even 4*. I had read the reviews before going, but I didn't expect such a holiday at all. It is not clear to me why we have to get up at 6.30 in the morning to have a quiet meal and sunbathe, why children should sleep on dirty bedding and dry themselves with dirty towels. I do not recommend families with children to go to this hotel. There's nothing to do here. For fans of the Internet - at the reception, free wi-fi is unstable, the network is overloaded, it is only possible to talk on Skype in the morning. Our guide disappeared two days before departure. . . Didn't show up at the hotel at all. Apparently because of the angry tourists.
