Traveled with my husband at the beginning of September. I love warmth, so the temperature was just right.
Our operator was Teztur - no complaints. The guide met me, told me that you can get a visa for $15 by standing in another queue, filling out the cards... and for $17 without the hassle, we chose the second option.

(It was before 12 o'clock). The room is standard, as written in the ticket. We did not notice any rust, insects, something broken, I liked it. At first, my husband wanted to change to a room with a better view (we got a view of the neighboring hotel through the grid, the sea was also visible), but I was hooked by the distant view of the mountains, besides, it was always quiet and deserted under the windows, in short - then he thanked me . ))
We spent the first lunch in Diamond - well... not bad, but it already resembles a canteen and is dirty. Don't blame the hotel! - Russians don't know how to eat! We didn't go to Diamond's restaurant anymore. We ate at Emeralda, the food is not for everyone - there is tasteless, but there is yum-yum (especially chocolate-covered bananas), of course I expected more fruit and did not understand why the dates are served unripe.
Territory for 5 plus, now I can’t imagine how you can go to a hotel with less! Lots of pools, water park and of course the sea! Corals and all kinds of fish that love to be fed))
We took excursions to a paradise island with diving, and desert safaris (ATVs - tin). Everyone liked it very much!
Don't feel sorry for the tip - it's a trifle for us, but it's nice for them. The friend who cleaned the room for us constantly brought drinks to the minibar (no one counted them for us) and laid out figures from towels. We really liked one dish cleaner, we also gave him a dollar, so he constantly greeted us and brought us drinks)) In general, the staff is super, they solve everything, they are friendly, most importantly, they treat them well, a smile works wonders))
One minus in the rest is a lot of Russians, who have not seen food before, but want to be crawled in front of them and are always dissatisfied with something.
