Отель так себе, зато какое море!!!!!! The hotel is so-so, but what a sea!!!!!!

Been there for New Years and Christmas. To be honest, Egypt has always been last on our list of desirable countries to visit. But the circumstances so developed that our possibilities for the departure of both airlines and tour operators diverged : ). Decided! Egypt. On the other hand, you should also try it. On the recommendation of our permanent tour operator, we chose the EMERALD HOTEL & BEACH RESORT. I read the reviews, but did not tell my family anything, so as not to spoil the rest. The hotel is frankly old and it's even a shame that in such beauty everything is given to lazy administrators and managers. Don’t expect your towels to be beautifully rolled up, and no one will think to change them every day. Until you throw them on the floor right in the hallway, but if they lie in the bathroom until the end of your vacation. We had a two-room suite. For them, it is not clear how it is in two rooms, and if they wish, they become separate rooms, only 3 people can live. In short, we completely confused them and in the daughter’s room they constantly tightly covered the bed on which she slept, and constantly tried to clean something on the empty one. They removed the soap and a cap to see if they would put new ones. Nope, they didn’t put it in. The problem with dishes is constant, especially with glasses, glasses and cups. No one speaks Russian at the reception, though some Russian girls were sitting next to him, but we didn’t need them. We had enough food, but when the hotel began to fill up after the holidays, it became a bit scarce. Most of all, we were struck by the constant pungent smell in the room at the head of the bed, and it smelled of DICHLOPHOS there!!!!!!!!!! ! YEAAAAA! It is to them, dear ones. We then talked with our neighbors from Diamond, it turned out that we were lucky. They fought with big cockroaches every morning for the right to be the first to take a shower.
But the sea near the hotel is awesome. Sand bars are interspersed with reefs. Small children can safely go into the sea, and those who are older hang in the sea with priests-floats, studying very beautiful fish and living creatures. On the beach and around the pool you can always have a bite to eat.
Conclusion from our family. For students and young people, this is a very good hotel, there are several hotels there, discos and animation are held, the sea is very close, it takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the megamall (big store).

People who have seen real 5 * hotels (Singapore, Maldives, France, etc. ), who went on gastronomic tours, who are waiting for fruits and vegetables, who are waiting for constant comfort, have nothing to do there. If you are calm about various adversities, sometimes not at all expected in civilization, and at the same time keep a good mood, go. The sea and the sun will erase all your bad memories, and the colors of unusual worlds will stay with you forever.
