Hi all! I consider the purpose of this review to be a warning for tourists from traveling to the Emerald Hotel, and maybe even to Egypt, in principle! Haven't seen a better holiday!
IT ALL STARTED from the airport! Visa for 17 dollars - INSTEAD OF 15! Disrespectful representatives of "ANUSTUR" (you can't call it otherwise) (a collective review of tourists for several years) grab their hands after passing through customs and border control and very courteously lead to a table with dubious Egyptians at the table in a huge queue! They impose a brand for 17 bucks! When they began to explain to him that a visa costs 15, he defiantly "teared" the stamp from his passport and said that there would be no visa at all! After a short search, we went to the window with the officials of the Egyptian border and, without a single person in line, we pasted visa stamps in 30 seconds! Another wiring is filling out a migration card! This treat costs $1 per person, including small children! At first glance, the money is not so big! We were 4 adults and 2 kids! A total of 14 dollars! But why GIVE them to dirty, "bad-smelling" HAMAM ?!
When boarding the transfer bus, without making a SINGLE move to help with the luggage, first pointing out that you need to pay a tip, slammed the luggage compartment lid!

Further relaxing spectacle during the trip from the airport to the hotel! Along the entire road, every 10 cm (in the literal sense of the word) there are mountains of garbage that have not been removed since the erection of the pyramids : )))
Plastic bottles, papers, etc.
When you enter the hotel lobby, you get the impression that you are in a beautiful rich place! This distinguishes many hotels in Egypt - the appearance of order and cleanliness!
AND STARTED!
The room had to be changed immediately after check-in - the pictures will be proof of our words! A broken picture on the wall, dirt and dust that has not been removed since the time of the same pyramids. . .
Filling the mini-bar for the Egyptians is tantamount to torturing partisans by the Nazis! Bedding is frankly dirty! After asking to change the duvet, it was just wrapped in cleaner sheets with no duvet cover! During operation, the "trick" got out!
According to the recommendations written in the memo in the room, towels to be replaced are hung on the edge of the bath, i. е. "replace"! Instead, already "stale" towels are hung back! Housekeeping is an imitation of work! Semi-made bedding. . . AND EVERYTHING!
Further more - the so-called BASIC restaurant... This squalor does not even pull on a minus five-star Soviet "canteen"! The soles of the shoes stick to the floor even better than in the advertisements for super modern and super strong glue! You will be jealous! You can scrape off the floor and take the rubber boat home to glue!
About food, please do not read if you are going to eat now! Sour mashed potatoes, dirty chipped cups and plates - this is not a complete list of "services provided"!
Who among you does not remember this GREAT drink "UPI"? Yummy 90s! At least get drunk... but where to get water? Maybe in the pool where the Egyptians bathe in their overalls!
IN GENERAL, WRITE DO NOT REWRITE!
TIRED!
In order not to be unfounded or, as it happens, they are considered "charged" by competitors, I attach photos to all my reviews!

P. S. Yes, I almost forgot! To be completely objective, you can go to Egypt to see the sea, fins and a mask will help! Tons of various beautiful marine animals, fish, etc. But, this is on condition that you will spend the night on the beach : )
