My husband and I flew in "honey week", so to speak, from TUI. We arrived late, so we were at the hotel at 9 pm. They settled us right away, but NOT in a room for the young (which we were promised), because you see, they don’t have such rooms with a “garden view”, but only a “standard”, but we didn’t seem to be entitled to it . . There were 2 beds... they only fulfilled the request to move them a day later, after the 3rd reminder.
In the morning the weather did not please us, it was very windy, but this, in fact, does not apply to the hotel, I just wanted to mention . .
Tomorrow was not bad, and in general the food was quite tolerable, we were never hungry, but there were problems with seats . . This is all due to the fact that you can eat at any hotel in the entire complex (in each of the 7), though only in the last hour, if you are in someone else's hotel . . But did this stop our people ?? ? In general - you came a little later, you stand and wait until the table is free . . unpleasant . . and the food could not boast of variety, although 1 day out of 7 was very pleasant - fish - many types of fish for dinner, soup with seafood, stewed calamari) A couple of times we went to other hotels to eat - most of all I was impressed by AL MAZ, it was somehow more pleasant there, and tastier, and more choice... although in general - the food is quite okay)

Territory. Huge. In 7 days we didn't get around it all. Lots of nooks and crannies, courtyards, swimming pools, football, volleyball, tennis courts . . singing and dancing fountains in front of one of the hotels! Beautiful, green, BUT - it stinks very much. They water their bushes and lawns with some kind of terribly stagnant, rotten water... I understand that there are problems with water in the desert, but this does not justify the incredible stench . .
We swam in the pool once, because it was cold, many pools did not work at all (winter is not the season for them). We were on the beach every day. But not everyone swam (again - not the season, it's cool, it's not the hotel's fault). But the fault of the hotel is that there are not enough sunbeds !! ! We had to scour the entire beach for a long time or just ask the hotel workers to find sunbeds for us. Of course, they were quickly found and then we enjoyed the rest - but the sediment remained, as they say . .
There is a water park on the territory - on the last day, after all, we decided to ride the slides, competed with the children, frolicked just like them! there, by the way, and swam that our 1 time in the pool)
The service leaves much to be desired . . We changed towels for the whole week 1 time, after notes asking us to do this, 3 calls to the manager, a personal appeal to the manager, and all this - after 4 hours of nerves, on the 5th day of rest... Bed never changed. Garbage from the bins in the room was taken out every other day. in general - "van dollar" was left only on the 1st day . . there was nothing more...
We didn’t get to the Ala Carte restaurant (and there are 7 or 9 of them there), because they recorded from 10:30 to 11:00, people were in line at 8 in the morning and just physically all possible places were occupied...
Of the excursions, we chose Luxor + Temple of Love, Super Safari (quads, buggies, tanks, donkeys, camels, horses + terrarium, lunch and belly dancing with skirts) + a panoramic tour of Hurghada got as a gift. I liked everything, there are no complaints))
On the last day, the whole good impression was completely "killed" by the fact that at 12:00, when we were evicted from the room, we were forced to remove our bracelets. And fly away at 19:30!! ! That is, we were no longer talking about any benefits of “all inclusive” . . thanks, at least they gave me a coupon for lunch (in the best traditions of the Soviet Union).

We made a conclusion for ourselves - if you go to this complex, then only to Al Mas (there is somehow more comfortable, tastier, and Germans instead of Russians). Or just go to a small hotel, where everything is more compact, less people = less problems . .
