Check in hotel
Upon arrival at the hotel, we were placed in a small and dirty room on the 3rd floor. The room had only 1 small bed (not a double bed) and a sofa bed. I immediately went to the front desk to sort this out. The administrator pretended that he did not understand Russian, since everything is OK with English, he explained the problem to him. To which he answered me that this number is indicated in our voucher and he will not be able to do anything. Offered to pay extra for a "superior" room. They refused to take a surcharge (offered 50, then 100ue). They said that all payments are only official. Tried to explain that we have 2 children and 2 adults, and we will not physically fit in these beds. Then he began to call and ask permission to move us to another room. His calls lasted for about an hour. As a result, with a fight, we were offered to see another room with two beds and a sofa, or a two-room suite (+30$/day).
I looked at both rooms, the suite differed only in the presence of one more room and that's it. We chose a simple room with two beds and a sofa. The room was very dirty with a broken shower. The next day they cleaned and the shower was fixed.

Nutrition
For adults, there was still something to choose from. It was very difficult for children to choose a diet. For breakfast, the children ate chocolate toast or bread with butter and tea.
For lunch, mostly rice with meat (there was boiled or fried potatoes, always half-baked). Soups are mostly spicy, the children did not master it. There were also rice porridge, but very often barely warm or cold, the children also did not go.
In the evening, mostly tea with butter + some meat (chicken).

Territory
With this, everything is very cool. It is huge, beautiful and with a bunch of pools. There has always been a place. The beach was empty because of the wind. In the morning we sat on the beach until 12, then had lunch and until 3-4 we were by the pool, which was heated. Even though the water was cold. Few bathed in it.
You could swim only on hot days, and it's so cold. In principle, it was possible to plunge into the sea after 12 and before 2. The sea is shallow and without corals, which was very suitable for children. The beach is always clean, there are plenty of sunbeds.

Staff
Our tourists were not treated very well. In the restaurant, the Germans and other foreigners were given large, clean, beautiful glasses for everything; small, crushed glasses were slipped to us. Always had to ask for a change. Compared to Turkey, where they always smile at you, it was not very pleasant. It was evident that the attitude towards the Germans was quite different. At the bar, in the first place, it was foreigners who were approached.

Children's animation
For the first time they gave the eldest daughter to the animators. It was lucky that there was a girl from Kyiv with the children, her name is Yana. She treated the children like an angel. The eldest cried for her when packing things home.

Incidents
1. On the second day, they noticed the smell of mice in the room, did not attach any importance to this.

The next day, the wife saw the mouse and later noticed their poop on the table, in the bathroom, in the closet. I went to the reception to complain, after 5 minutes 3 cleaners came. These three people in dirty shoes locked themselves in our room. At first they said that it was not poop, but crumbs of bread (allegedly they saw how we carried the bread to the room). Then they admitted that it was not bread. They said, what are you afraid of, it's just a mouse. Here they are in every room, because the desert is nearby, and you have the first floor. A couple of minutes later, one of them came with pieces of chipped tiles smeared with glue. They laid out this tile in the corners and left. Then we saw these "mouse tamers" in neighboring rooms when cleaning with pieces of tiles with glue.
2. Sometimes they left 2 towels instead of 4.
3. Excursion to the bathyscaphe. It was something. We bought an excursion in our guide Anex tour for 115 (2 adults and 2 children - 2 and 5 years old) to play it safe, all the same Egypt.
We were picked up from the hotel by a taxi that was flying, not driving. When asked to go slower, he mumbled something. We arrived in 20 minutes to the yachts. We got out of the car and breathed a sigh of relief that we arrived, trying to find our boat with our eyes. Nothing like a bathyscaphe was seen from advertising. We were put into a rubber motorboat and off we went. We thought somewhere nearby our ship was probably standing, maybe so big that it couldn’t moor. We swam, swam, then went out to sea, where this boat was thrown up on big waves and the children were crying. There were no ships in sight. Then our boat stalled, the driver replied that he had run out of gas and started calling somewhere. For 15 minutes we stood in place under the scorching sun. Then this bathyscaphe approached us, on which we were transplanted. The children are frightened and crying, we are not in the best condition either. We went downstairs, it was no longer up to the fish. So we swam for about an hour, we didn’t see any special fish. Maybe there were 5-6 species of these fish.
As a result, the boat moored and we went angry by bus to the hotel. As it turned out, the tour started earlier, we were not warned, but simply sent by boat with two small children and without vests ...

But I would not recommend this hotel to families with children just because of the food.
