We stayed with our 12 year old daughter at the end of April. Reviews promised either "heaven" or "hell". As for me, up to a full-fledged five the hotel will grow and grow. Rested in hotels and better and worse than this, so the average score, in my opinion, deserves. They settled quickly, the room was so-so, but I didn’t pay extra for relocation in principle, everything inside worked fine. As for me, it is better to spend this "extra" money on excursions or something else. We didn’t encounter theft, fortunately, I kept all my valuables in a suitcase with a combination lock (again, reviews about changing banknotes). I liked the territory of the hotel, beautiful, many flowers, beautiful lobby. I won’t quibble about cleanliness, it’s just that “dirt” didn’t catch my eye. The food is average, you could always choose something to your taste, my daughter tried all the sweets, she said delicious, they didn’t get bored in a week)). There were no problems with digestion. Juices, something like UPI, I would like more fruit. As for the staff, I can’t say anything bad, normal guys, I didn’t see rudeness or discontent. Well done animators, they entertained the audience as best they could, although we did not participate, we watched from the side)) Nothing unusual, in the morning there was activity, in the evening there was an entertainment program. We spent all the time at the sea, we never swam in the pools. The beach is good sandy. By sea, there is only one minus - low tides and a very long entry from the coast to the depths. Mostly they swam from the pier, they have their own reef with its inhabitants. There is something to see. Had a great time.
When asked by the child if she would like to visit this hotel again, she received an affirmative answer, I - 50/50, most likely I will choose another hotel. P. S. it's better to buy a local vodafone SIM card at the airport, it's cheaper there, and always in touch) Have a good rest!
