Despite numerous complaints about this hotel, we still decided to go to this hotel with a friend. To be honest, only because the price was good. I can't say that everything was bad, but not everything was good either. Let's start with the fact that too proud men work for the reception, they really behave like pharaohs. But they settled us quickly enough. The room was good, but not fully cleaned. Although then we found out that this is the norm for this hotel. But of course, we didn’t leave it like that and went to complain to the senior manager. And you know it really helped. In our room, they cleaned up normally and even wound up swans : ). So if you are in this hotel, immediately contact the senior manager directly and all issues will be resolved.
As for the hotel itself, in principle, there are no particular complaints. Both the area and the beach are good. True, the sea is shallow and very large low tides.
But the animation in the hotel is super. Well done guys, thank you so much for everything.
