When choosing a hotel, I really lacked an objective opinion, I hope my review will help someone not to spoil their vacation.
Yesterday I just returned from a "vacation" to Lilliland and for the second day I'm trying to convince myself that the main thing is the sea and the sun, and the rest is trifles... Believe me, well, I can't convince myself that I had a good rest !! ! There is something to compare with, very often we travel with my husband and children, and this is not the first time in Egypt, but we have never been in such a terrible hotel. I respect other people's opinions, but it seems to me that a positive review about this hotel can write a tourist who, apart from the Black Sea "sanatorium-wild" vacation, has not seen anything. Next, I will be brief.
Good:
1. large beautiful territory (and bought into this).
2. for an adequate surcharge, they settled in a two-room bungalow with a kitchen and two large terraces (children drove around the house on scooters! )
3. great beach.
bad:

1. an artificially dug lagoon in which stagnant dirty brown water with a bottom consisting of bags and various garbage and, I personally saw, sorry, shit. for the heat.
2. Nutrition, a very important point, especially for those with children. There is only one restaurant, only for ours and Arabs. Germans and Italians eat in a different one, much better than ours.
In our restaurant, there is dirt, artificially created queues, crush, rudeness, swearing, VERY DIRTY dishes, tables, waiters moving tables on wheels filled with slop around the hall. Dishes with leftover food are thrown onto this cart, splashing everything around (today I was removing stains from my favorite sundress... ) HORROR!! ! The choice of food is very poor, the food is monotonous and partially spoiled, and when I pointed out to the chef a frankly sour omelet, he stupidly pretended that he didn’t understand Russian or English... that’s it, I’m starting to spoil my mood with these unpleasant memories...
everything in this hotel is done so that a person does not rest, a couple of unfortunate bars are hidden away, they pour half a glass of any drink and with the view that they give a handout from the last one, ice cream for children under 12 years old, well, just a little bit and for they have to go very far... well, no good! toilets on the beach and those at the same time M and F do not work... take turns to clean less, and people stand in line, they have nothing to do...
3. pools are old, not heated
4. You can’t drink tea for dinner, it simply doesn’t exist! cakes in a restaurant, and tea in a bar on the street from a plastic cup that melts in your hands and instead of formaldehyde tea comes out...
