The food is varied, a large selection of vegetarian dishes (from zucchini, eggplant, pumpkin), from meat they gave liver, fish, beef, chicken. Side dishes: potatoes, rice, pasta. From fruits: dates, grapes, melons (green and not very sweet), oranges; pears and bananas were served in slices in bowls of syrup. Of particular delight was the abundance of pastries and cakes (at lunchtime and in the evening), different and very tasty. Soups were served, there was even borscht once, not bad. Here are some small tea cups! I had to pour tea into a glass and put it in a cup, as in a glass holder. We ate at the la carte restaurant once. . There was a rush with booking restaurants, they came at 7 in the morning, and the computer knocked out a coupon in Brazilian, we came to the beach, and there was Chinese, but they let us in. The menu was in English, they poked a finger at the squid, it turned out that the entire menu was ordered as a whole, that is, everything was served from fish, the main dish was squid in batter. (there was also a menu of meat and chicken) Those who are used to fast food, on the beach, the restaurant prepares hamburgers, pizza and some sweet pies. Haven't tried. Most vacationers are from Poland, many Ukrainians and Belarusians. The Egyptians rested with small children, there are Germans, French, British. In October it gets dark early, from the sea and pools with whistles they kicked out at 17-00. Strong sun - sunscreen is a must. In the evening, mosquitoes, in the room, too. We lived in Andalusia 2, not far from the reception. The room is large, high ceilings, twilight in the room, glass balcony doors in the entire wall. They cleaned normally, they left a dollar a couple of times, the cleaner twisted hearts, elephants, boats out of towels and decorated them with fresh flowers. Once a day they were given 600 ml of bottled water - the cleaner put it in the refrigerator. Water can be chilled, drinkable to dial in any bar, did not buy. There were no Ukrainian channels on TV, not a single one! Shops on the territory are a little expensive, they met T-shirts with the face of Putin there, made a remark. Slightly shocked by the fact that they smoke everywhere, everyone smokes like steam locomotives, especially the former scoop (including Poles). The hotel was bought by another owner in the summer, intensive construction work is underway, the territory is being ennobled. Half of the rooms are closed for renovation. The largest pool is near the main restaurant, more comfortable near the middle slides. Behind our housing, Andalusia 2, there is a bridge, if you go around it and cross the road, you get to the middle slides and the pool, if you go further, then there are slides for children and adults, but you can’t swim in those pools. We went out of the territory for shopping, you need to go to the right and across the road. If to the left, then there are expensive shops near the hotels. The locals are intrusive, they simply invite you to come in, help write an advertisement for them, leave a review, then let's sell the goods and energetically bargain with themselves. When it doesn’t come out to shove the goods, they ask: “Ukraine? ”. In short, our impractical things are rarely bought and they know how to bargain. . There is a papyrus shop on the territory, we went in and looked. Well, the pictures, well, they are beautiful, with Egyptian motifs, in the dark there is something else you can see, it glistens in green. . . still scared at night, on the way to the toilet. The owner said that Ukrainians rarely buy, not surprisingly, the household item is useless (and expensive). We met an aged woman there, she said that she was in Hurghada for the 20th time, she went for medicines (they have the death penalty for counterfeiting medicines) and natural oils. People also brought fruit home - grenades, mangoes, you can take up to 5 kg in hand luggage. We went with Coral trevel, there - Odeon tour. At first they said that the departure from Boryspil would be at 12-00, then the departure for the week was postponed to 18-45, and then the plane was late from Kyiv for 3 hours (Roza Vetrov airline), a total of 7 days (and not 8, because they settled in half the second night) and 7 nights, flew back without problems. Apparently due to the late arrival on the way there, they were fed, back, no. Luggage is lined up near the plane, you have to walk around, identify your own and put it on the cart. Such strict security measures, twice through the frame, twice through the body rummaged around with their hands. At the reception and the guide speaks Russian, but in the restaurant - not really, they want English. Guide early in the morning, let's agitate on the tour, straight almost strangled. It is understandable, only the first time you get to the beach, there others will offer you the same thing twice, or even three times cheaper. But the guide scares that their insurance does not work then, all of a sudden. Wi-Fi near the reception is good, but we bought a 2.5 GB SIM card for internet at the airport for 5 USD. That is, for a week it was enough to read the news, to talk in viber. In short, I liked it. There is a desire to come again.
