We stayed for a couple of weeks in November. There was a good price for the tour, and the hotel itself came up according to photos and reviews. The main thing is that the sea should not run away, with a good entrance, and fish. With this, everything turned out great)). But first things first.
Settlement. Quite quickly, without red tape and before the standard 14.00. Thank you for this, and without putting portraits of American presidents in your passports. I arranged the room, the standard, as booked, I think they are all + - the same. Mini bar, safe, hair dryer, air conditioning all worked flawlessly. Change of linen and towels, cleaning, everything is fine here.
Territory. Huge, very beautiful, lots of greenery, flowering shrubs, flowers. In the evening it is beautifully illuminated. There are swimming pools and water parks. For children there are children's water slides, playground, children's animation. Repair and construction work is underway on the territory, but all this does not affect the quality of rest.

Nutrition. The main restaurant and a la carte, it seems 4, each can be pre-registered 1 time for free. We managed to get into only one, in Arabic, we liked it. At the bar snacks in the form of fast food, drinks and ice cream. In the main restaurant, the food is good, there is always a choice, a varied menu. We didn't go to dinner for the opening, a lot of people, there is a queue. Somewhere in an hour and a half, when the main influx subsides - just right, besides, the finished dishes are immediately replenished. It's not realistic to stay hungry, there is enough of everything.
Sea beach. Everything is great here. The beach is spacious, there are a lot of sunbeds, a long coastline, a gentle entrance to the water, it is possible without water shoes. There is a pier, quite long, at the end of a reef with fish. They swam with masks, it’s beautiful, there are fish, but I’m not a big connoisseur, I don’t know the names. The water is clean and very salty. There is practically no wind on the beach, which is also a plus. Both the beach and the grounds are kept clean.
Leisure. Well, here's what you like. You can do exercises, water aerobics with animators, you can spend time in the water park, just sunbathe on the beach. We walked outside the hotel into the city. Not far away, maybe 15 minutes at the most. there is a Cleopatra Bazaar shopping center, even further, up to half an hour on foot, the huge Senzo Mall center with branded stores and all sorts of things. You can also take a taxi, it seems to cost $ 2, well, how do you bargain. We can go on excursions. We devoted one day to a trip to Luxor and went on a desert safari. The excursion to Luxor is super, I liked it very much, the safari is more suitable for lovers of extreme sports. You can all hotel employees without exception, and those who work with guests, and those who keep the hotel clean, and those who feed and entertain. There is no language barrier, everyone speaks Russian tolerably, English is of course better.
Internet. Well, here is a small fly in the ointment. The paid one is very expensive, and the free one is very weak, sometimes it catches, sometimes it doesn’t, I had to buy a local SIM card in Cleopatra and the question disappeared.
The bottom line is this. Pretty decent hotel for the money spent. Even more than. And when they finish the renovation, it will be super. We had a great rest, received a lot of positive, I still hope to return.
